Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, or foot tracks. -Any issues and all damage needs to be reported immediately. -Guests agree to clean the grill grates and grease trap after each use. -Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in minimum $250 fee. -Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
