Welcome to our lil lake pad. Located off Horseshoe Bend at Southwood Shores Resorts a gated community. Conveniently located within miles of the best restaurants, golf and winery. Within walking distance to one of the lakes best pubs, The Office Neighborhood Pub. Also within walking distance to a convenience store with deli, groceries, a great selection of beverages, and souvenirs. Amenities include a large point pool on the lake, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis, basketball, and playground. We just updated our condo and it is comfortable and clean, we have a Keurig in kitchen, TVs in all rooms with Roku and cable, and a beautiful view from our deck, especially at night. Conveniently just four steps up from parking. Ready to ensure your stay at the lake is memorable.

Nice weekend away for my husband and I.

Very clean condo, exactly as advertised. Location was quiet (but we stayed in the off season, I imagine it’s very busy and bustling in the summer) but close to lots of shops and restaurants. Comfy king size bed in the master bedroom. Community indoor hot tub and pool is very close to this unit. As an FYI, this is a middle unit, so you could have neighbors above and below - we had no problem with that though. The complex has a nice walking path near the water and we saw lots of wildlife in the shallows. Owner was accessible by phone and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and overall just perfect for me, hubby, sister & brother-in-law. The location was perfect for our purpose… especially enjoying having a grocery store, winery, restaurants/bars and entertainment so close. The hot tub and pool were another bonus. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The property was exactly like the pictures. It was tidy and there was Keurig cups in a container for us. Our condo was centrally located compared to my siblings. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and the lake. I think we would have been bored if we had not rented a boat. There were the typical souvenir shops nearby. There was also a TJ MAX and putt putt within 20 minutes. We loved hanging out with my family. We went caving and had enough tasks for everybody with the boat rental.

We had a great experience here. I stayed with my daughter. She particularly loved having her own room, bathroom, and TV. Everything was very clean. The property was only 10 mins from grocery stores and shopping. I loved the decor & comfy beds. Great communication when we had questions we just reached out. We will be back 💯❤️

Our first day the water was turned off, day after water wasn't warming up and it's hard to take shower. Running and walking noise from upstairs condo stays constant was not helpful.

We really enjoyed the location of this property. We enjoyed shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The condo was clean and comfy.

This beat staying in a hotel by a long shot! We were in the area for a whole week looking for property to purchase. This was a nice place to call our home away from home for the week with our three young children. We enjoyed the view of the lake, playground and swimming pool. We would definitely come back again and stay here. Thank you for creating a great affordable space for our family to stay.

We very much enjoyed our time at the property, with the cozy ambience and lovely view of the lake. We also enjoyed the visits by the birds and squirrels. :-)

It was awesome….real quite if u want to enjoy the lake view ….. its very relaxing …. Stephanie is very helpful and understanding….. jus to let u know … don’t come at night time bcuz the number is hard to see on the building, but over all will most definitely stay again

Lovely condo very nicely decorated. Cable tv a real plus for husband. “Normal” tv channels that show Gunsmoke etc!! Nice location. We enjoyed our stay despite the fact that apparently a new floor was being installed above us for about 12 hours a day for 2 days! But this unit had a beautiful oak tree shading the deck which we enjoyed. Overall a nice stay. We personally missed having a steak knife, paring knife , pizza pan and cuttter in kitchen but that’s just us.

This property was perfect for a quick getaway at the Lake. The condo is tastefully decorated and has easy street level access. The owners were prompt with responding and the overall process of booking was flawless. We went during the week and the condo pool was not crowded and had a beautiful pool with a great view of the Lake.

Property was recently updated and they did a good job. The biggest issue with any property at Southwood Shores is always parking

Nice condo
Would change a few things. Master bed was pretty soft for me. Thermostat keep changing to 75 degrees. If I owned the condo, I would put a walk-in shower in the master bath. With that saying, nice property with a very nice pool!!
