Visitare Belluno

La posizione ottima.

Praticamente c’è stata una incomprensione con lo staff, per via del parcheggio a pagamento, io volevo usufruire del parcheggio ovviamente pagando, però mi è stato consigliato di parcheggiare fuori visto che era feriale ed era gratis, morale della favola , la mattina non trovo l’auto perché è stata rimossa dal carro attrezzi perché c’era il mercato. Nessun riconoscimento neanche per finta. La colpa ovviamente è pure mia che non ho letto il cartello che era minuscolo all’entrata del parcheggio, però avrei gradito essere avvisato visto che non è la prima volta che succede, quindi se alloggiate in questo hotel occhio che il soggiorno potrebbe avere delle spese impreviste.

Bilo je lepo.

Zajtrk je bil odličen. Lokacija hotela je bila super, ker je v centru mesta.

Ni nam bilo prav, da so nas selili v drugo sobo, ne da bi nam povedali za selitev. Odnašali so sami naše stvari. Zanima me kako bi to izgledalo, če bi imeli kakšne stvari v sefu?

A great place to stay (when the AC is working).

The hotel itself was very nice, more of a small boutique hotel than a large property. The rooms are large, in some cases full suites. The rooms are nicely kept up, beautiful, right off of the main square in Belluno (i.e. easy to get to everything), and have great views. Coming into that experience after hiking AV1 was really nice - a bit of luxury after getting sweaty and nasty on the trails. Nice shower, and plenty of plugs. The staff was pleasant and they allowed us to check-in 2 hours early since the rooms were ready and I really appreciated the fact that they contacted us in advance to let us know about the AC problem and gave us options. The restaurant was decent - not a huge selection, but fairly affordable and tasty (although we had trouble getting the QR code menus to load, and they didn't have any hard copies for us to view). There's also an amazing gelateria next door in the building (Novecento) which is absolutely worth indulging in. Breakfast was included w/ our rooms; unlike the other places we stayed it wasn't a buffet, you had to order in advance the night before. I think they made some mistakes w/ our order, but in the end we were able to ask for the missing things and they brought them without charging us extra, so that was good. The breakfast was good, overall. I'd definitely come back again (if the AC was working or it was a cooler time of year :) ).

The AC was broken in the hotel, but they did inform us in advance and gave us the option to cancel the reservation and get a refund, and when we decided to stick it out, offered us a discount at the restaurant. (A discount off of the room rate would've been preferred, but I appreciated the heads-up and the gesture.) With the large glass windows/ doors opened, the room got a nice breeze and the temperature was manageable without the AC. However - the hotel restaurant has open air seating for part of it, was just a couple of floors down and had folks eating and drinking and talking loudly which made it hard to sleep with them open. Once the restaurant wound down and closed, we slept well.

Great staff and location, but I should have brought ear plugs.

The staff were fantastic, both at reception and in the breakfast room. The breakfast is something special as you can make your own choice from a generous list and the food and coffee served was simply wonderful and came with a smile from the whole team. Comfortable bed and and a marvellous view from both windows in my room. The hotel/bar terrace seems to be very popular and location is surely the best in town.

I was promised I would be informed when the spa would be available, as they were already booked upon arrival, but I was never informed, which was disappointing. The room was lovely, but the noise coming from the bar and corridor was extreme. I feel sorry writing this, but it did affect my stay.

I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is amazing! The location could not be better. The view is beyond amazing!

My room was very noisy until 11:00 pm or midnight over the lounge.

Super view and big suite room

Nice view on the river side. Breakfast was nice. Location is wonderful in the city central.

Parking is good in the same building. But,The road from here is narrow and sloping. It's a difficult situation for a big car.

It was a fantastic stay and I would come back again!

The room was very spacious, with a great view and furnished at high standards. The breakfast was fabulous!!

The TV wasn’t functioning properly and there was an issue with the jacuzzi in the spa (which I was told).

location

the hotel has own cafe in great location. It is always full, so staff are always busy with the cafe but not hotel guests. Our double room was served for 1 person. Only 1 set of pillows, one set of towels. After request they brought a lot of towels, but forgot pillows again. The garage is extremely small The towel may be with a hole, and someone’s hair band could be in the bathroom.

Amazing!

Loved the location and the ease of which we could enter the Dolomites. Breakfast was wonderful also.

We were only able to use the parking for one night instead of the two nights we had reserved.

The staff is extremely kind, concerned, and helpful. The room is very large. The scenery one can see from the room's window, as well as from the breakfast space is superb.

The bathroom should have an independent lamp, else if anybody goes to the bathroom during the night flashes a light on the face of the dormient partner. Second, it is difficult to place outside the door of the shower a towel where to put one's feet after the shower.

The only thing I didn't like is the pillow on the bed which wasn't comfortable.
