This prime beachside locale is half a block from the Amtrak rails, and passing trains may occasionally be heard. This is a historical building with multiple units and sound may carry. Cottage was very comfortable and adequate with everything we needed. The bed was perfect, the temperature was perfect, the bathroom was very nice with all the new updated finishes. The location was the best part. We walked every day to the pier and up State Street. A perfect getaway. We will definitely stay with you again.

Excellent location minutes away from the beach & not too far from downtown. Could have better ventilation as it did feel stuffy at times. Communication could have been clearer regarding parking. Although the unit has all the amenities shown in the pics on website but the app & website actually list fewer (& different) amenities. And I had to a spend some time talking to their support to ensure the unit had everything it showed in pics. Overall great place

While the room had an antique charm about it and the building was in a great location relative to the beach, it was really too small for the 3 of us. Being older, the room had a musty smell about it that we couldn't get rid of because none of the windows open to air it out. In addition, it's important to note that there is no air conditioning, only a small fan.

The property is older and has character. There is noise from above and on the sides when they are occupied, but everyone was respectful and kept the noise to a minimum. Very relaxing and good sleep.
