Great place, very well appointed with an awesome host. We had an issue with the city ticketing our car for parking on the wrong side of the street during snow removal. Otherwise it was a good stay. Thanks!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Sandpoint (which is very beautiful in October!). I couldn't believe how much room we had in a garage apartment. It is very well organized and the host had anything we might have forgotten. It was clean and very quiet. The balcony was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the weather and see all the colorful trees in the neighborhood. We had a wonderful time! We plan to stay here on return trips!

Very clean an extremely well equipped stay. Due to location being more “back in town” in a residential area it was very quiet as well. Absolutely will consider staying here again!

This apartment was just perfect for our little family getaway. The unit was quite large and very clean, which was important for me since we traveled with our 8 month old daughter. The bedroom was spacious and accommodated our pack-and-play for the baby very well, with room to spare. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and then some. Also, Ryan was great to work with and even provided perfect recommendations for hikes to enjoy up at Schweitzer! We definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope to return again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a family. My husband and I LOVED the insanely comfortable king bed that has its own separate bedroom. Our kids were comfortable on the sofa couch and blow up mattress in the living room. The air conditioning was a godsend since it was 38 degrees (we are Canadian so we use Celsius!) The kitchen was very well equipped so we were able to take a break from take out while on our trip. The property is beautiful. I was really impressed with the decor and how everything was laid out. The most important aspect was how clean it was! It was spotless! I would absolutely recommend staying here!

We were so impressed with this clean, comfortable location not far from downtown Sandpoint. We have vacationed in the area for multiple years now, and this is one rental we’d come back to. The bed was super comfortable, and the extra amenities like kayaks and bikes were a huge bonus for us. They also provided some air conditioning units, which is not a given in the area, but so appreciated to help cool off the rental for sleeping. Ryan was able to suggest new things to do that we hadn’t thought of prior, and they wound up being great experiences! They were gracious, friendly that provided a clean and modern rental space. We can’t wait to return!

My husband and I stopped here on our way to Seattle. We are on our honeymoon and have been on the road for a week. This place had all the creature comforts we needed and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Quick and clear communication with owner, they were very friendly when we bumped into them onnour way in one day. Place us very clean and nicely finished. The washer/dryer setup is non-intrusive but great to have. Other new appliances are nice. Bed is comfortable. Many nice little extras like the coffee, snacks and coco.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here during our long weekend in Sandpoint! The property is beautiful, clean, and well cared for. The high ceilings give a nice airy feel, and the amenities and attention to detail were delightful. We had everything we needed for the night we stayed in and cooked. It's close enough to downtown to bike or drive quickly, but far enough away for quiet and low traffic.

Ryan was a very good and responsive host. He deservedly is proud of his clean, fresh and well outfitted VRBO unit. He went above and beyond and was nearly instantaneous in his responses and guidance. I would not hesitate to stay again.

This rental was very well supplied with way more things than you would expect typically (two kinds of coffee beans, plenty of plates and cutlery, even a hair straightener and first aid kit). We enjoyed riding the bikes provided down to the Saturday market. It was a quiet neighborhood and a very pleasant stay.

Excellent property
I highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Sandpoint. Great location, everything is new and beautiful. I stay in Sandpoint frequently and this place is far and above most everything else available, hotels or vacation rentals.
