The Turtle House is a river front house located on the beautiful Guadalupe River/Lake Placid in Seguin, Texas. This is a quiet, serene neighborhood where you can enjoy your friends and family. Conveniently located 5 min from I-10. That’s a 1.5mile float from the Lake Placid Boat Ramp!! **The lake has been drained so water level is lower (it is a river now!) Nearby attractions: Son's Island - 7 min drive ZDT's Amusement Park - 7 min drive Downtown Seguin - 9 min drive Comal Tubes - 24 min drive Schlitterbahn Waterparks - 26 min drive Gruene - 33 min drive Downtown San Antonio/Riverwalk - 35 min drive Austin - 50 min drive The Lake/River: Single Kayak available Boat ramp next to the house There is a direct access to the lake from the yard. **Please note - due to current condition of the Lake Placid dam, the water level is much lower than normal. You are still able to enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming. The House: Sleeps 10-12 comfortably Over 3000 sqft, fully stocked kitchen, dining and living areas Full size washer/dryer Spacious covered deck Gas BBQ grill Shuffleboard table Pool table Galaga arcade game Ample parking Wifi Pecan Cove is a peaceful residential community. The house location is perfect with great layout for a family get away. Also has plenty of games including the pool table to keep the family entertained.

House was great. Very clean with everything you would need for a weekend getaway. The view of the river from the porch was beautiful. Game room provided hours of entertainment

Plenty of room for everyone, the house is very welcoming and has the things you need for your stay. We were able to check in a little early too, host was great at responding. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place, highly recommend.

Great for families!
This house was great for our family! The game room was one of the main reasons we selected this house and it didn’t disappoint, the whole family enjoyed some friendly competition! The house was very clean and appreciated the nice linens in each of the rooms and bathrooms. Outside the house, we enjoyed evenings on the porch and swing and the kids enjoyed the lake (river), even though the water level is very low it was still great for kayaking and floating around. Overall great house and Ai (owner) was a pleasure from start to finish. Thanks again for sharing your home with my family!

The house was in a great location and was stocked with simple items that you may forget (bug spray, games, condiments, etc). The house was also very spacious for 12 people, we never felt crowded. Overall it was a great stay and we would love to rent this property again in the future!!

Spacious home. Many fun activities (game room , river, fishing). Family really took advantage of the time we spend here!

We planned to float the River. The property was comfy and huge! We had ten people with us and it didn’t feel cramped at all. The pool table/ game room was a huge plus. The balcony was perfect for hanging out. Great trip!
