Located across the street from life-guarded Flagler Beach, our two-story house has a sweeping view of coquina sands, blue waves, and of course, the famous Flagler Beach Pier. It is decorated with both designer touches and cozy comfort, the ideal venue for your vacation. Witness beautiful sunrises from your own private balcony or without even leaving your luxurious bed. Sunrise Cottage was literally taken down to the bare bones and renovated into a lovely vacation property. The first floor features an open floor plan with a cozy couch and conveniently mounted flatscreen television to enjoy all your favorite shows. Dining in is easy and relaxed with a table for eight and encourages fellowship and family game night. Whether fixing a picnic for the beach or your catch of the day, the fully equipped kitchen is your dream kitchen with tasteful décor and top-of-the-line appliances. Enjoy the screened porch and a fenced backyard with a handy outdoor shower which is great for rinsing off the kids, toys, and coolers. Other creature comforts include a full-size washer and dryer and a full bathroom. The main floor is spacious and sports a huge picture window where the sandy shore as your backdrop. Upstairs, you will find three pleasing bedrooms which all are blessed with views of the ocean and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has two windows directly facing the ocean and the pier and walks out onto a balcony where you can sit and drink in the surf and the most beautiful sunrises for you early birds. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, nice closet space, and its own private bath with a huge walk-in shower. The other bedrooms feature two sets of bunk beds and twin beds respectively, making sleeping for ten a breeze. If you haven't discovered Flagler Beach yet, you're going to love this retro-style beach town between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Blissfully undeveloped and low-key, Flagler Beach is Florida's best-kept secret. It is a dog-friendly beach, where fishing and surfing are right across the street at your fingertips. If you are in town on Friday or Saturday, check out the farmers market in the town square or movie night on the last Friday of the month. The best part of this premier property is the location. You can walk everywhere from Sunrise Cottage, wonderful restaurants and quaint bars are steps away. A1A, through Flagler Beach, was named Florida's most scenic road with miles of road nestled up along the ocean and no high-rise condos to invade our beach or block our view. Nearby you’ll find Francis Field, a visitors center, Castillo de San Marcos, trolley and ghost tours, a wax museum, colonial downtown Quarter Beach tennis and basketball courts, golf, and a grocery store. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Very difficult opening cypher lock. Had sewer issues and had to move to hotel one day before flying home. Still waiting on refund a week later. Property could use some updates.

This was me and my fiancés first time to Flagler, and I don’t think we would have had the same experience if it weren’t for the location of this beautiful beach house and amazing views! Dog friendly is also a great plus! I plan to be a repeat customer every year!

The house was perfect for us. Clean, well stocked with kitchen necessities, dog friendly, an unobstructed view of the ocean, plus multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance. If you are planning to take your dog on the beach, just know you will have to walk 7-8 blocks north to get to North 10th St which is the closest spot to the house where dogs are allowed. If you are a light sleeper, there is road noise since you’re on A1A but it wasn’t loud enough to bother us in the front bedroom.
There was some storm damage to the outside of the house (roof and fence), but a Vacasa rep came to take pictures while we were there so they can make repairs. We would happily stay here again and will likely return in the next year or so.

The property was clean and comfortable. It’s in a convenient location in Flagler Beach.
The hot water pipes may need some attention though. The downstairs shower had sufficient hot water, but the two upstairs showers were pretty cold.

From the front door, to sitting down on the beach might be 100 steps. I have never, in all my years of beaching, been this close. My in laws went with us this year, and walking is hard on them, but even they were able to make the trip down to the beach and back. Perfect location, you are right in the middle of everything. We flew in, so we had no car, but we were able to walk just a few blocks every night to a new restaurant, plus a dollar store a few blocks behind the house for groceries. The house had plenty of room for my family of 4 adults and 3 kids. It was clean. It absolutely made our entire vacation!!!

Not a big deal normally but reception was also poor for cell phone signal and with a toddler, it was hard to keep entertained since we couldn’t watch movies/ stream after the fun in the sun. I called and texted property management as instructed and resetting modem/router but never got it functional and never got a response to my texts or calls. Disappointed at the lack of responsiveness. The house also had really stained hand rails up and down the stairs. When we turned on the water in the tub, the water coming out was brown and the tub looked dirty which made me question whether or not we should even use that shower/tub.
This house has lots of potential and with a little TLC and a better response from the property management, I would stay again. Until then I will check out other properties in Flagler beach.
