Situated on an elevated aspect and accessed by a long sweeping driveway, St Aidans offers amazing panoramic views over the Firth of Forth. Following renovation to the highest standard, St Aidans provides a spacious stay in this luxurious and flexible modern living space. We provide natural organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all of which comes from a local business in North Berwick. Explore East Lothian's stunning coastline during your time at St Aidans, or take on the challenge of Scotland's Golfing Coast which offers 21 courses for golf lovers to enjoy. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties. Bookings made at this property require a £800 damage deposit, which will be due 7 days before check-in. Providing there are no deductions to be made from this, the payment will be refunded to your card 5-7 working days after departure. Please also note complimentary mid stay cleans (including the provision of fresh linen and towels) will be provided as follows: Bookings for 14-21 nights will receive one mid stay clean Bookings for 21-28 nights will receive two mid stay cleans Should you require any further mid stay cleans or linen and towels provided please note there will be an additional cost for this. Please contact our team to enquire further Layout Ground Floor This elegant home is set over three floors with an enviable position overlooking the North Berwick West Golf Course and the Firth of Forth. St Aidans offers a grand entrance through the private driveaway, with ample parking for your vehicles. On entering St Aidans you'll discover the elegant hallway, tastefully furnished with a dresser and fireplace, and gorgeous hardwood floors, which continue through most of the property. The large hallway leads to the open plan dining room, cosy and welcoming family room and 'Whisky' lounge, where you'll find space to enjoy with friends, or simply to unwind and take in the stunning panoramic views. The superb kitchen is ample for a large group to gather and cook together, with an AGA with an additional electric hob. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave. There is a polished granite work surface throughout, a wood-burning stove and two integrated fridges and freezers plus a large family dining table. The ground floor also includes two WCs plus a Utility room with a washing machine and Miele dryer and ample space for hanging your muddy boots and coats. First Floor Venture upstairs to discover the original drawing room has been converted into a state-of-the-art cinema room with a full electric projector screen and surround sound system; the ideal place to relax with friends and watch a movie. Feel free to log into your Netflix account or use the Sky service at the property. You'll also find the master double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and three further double bedrooms, two of which have access to a bathroom via separate doors, containing a bath and shower. All bedrooms have been tastefully decorated with sumptuous soft furnishings, and offer plenty of storage and hanging space. Second Floor The second-floor accommodation is another tranquil space, comprising two additional double bedrooms, one of which has a zip and link king-size bed, with en suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have been decorated to a high standard in keeping with the rest of the property. For additional privacy, this floor can be conveniently accessed by guests using the secondary staircase. There is also an informal seating area for two and a writing desk for guests who wish to find a quiet place to relax. Second floor bedrooms 1 x double bedroom with en suite. 1 x double bedroom with zip and link king size bed and en suite. Local Area St Aidans sits along one of the premium streets in all of East Lothian . A 45 minute drive from Edinburgh airport and a 30 minute train ride from or into Edinburgh Waverley train station, Direct Access to Golf Course and Beach Getting there If approaching North Berwick on the A198 , take a left into Strathearn Road and then the next left into Abbotsford Road. Continue on Abbotsford Road, just as the road goes down a small hill take a left. The drive to St Aidans is immediately on your right. 45 minute drive from Edinburgh airport and a 30 minute train ride from or into Edinburgh Waverley train station Accessibility All bedrooms are accessed by a flight of stairs. St. Aidans: Our stay at St. Aidans exceeded expectations. The house is far larger than any pictures reveal, and the amenities are plentiful. The view from the front of the house overlooking North Berick Golf Club is wonderful. Being able to easily walk into town adds to the perfect setting and location. The house is perfect for 4-5 golfers or a few couples. Know that when I next travel to Norther Berwick, St. Aidans is where I plan to stay.

We had an amazing stay in St Aidan’s. House was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of space for the whole family. Great views of the beach and amazing walks. The whole family from kids to grandparents thoroughly enjoyed.
