Life doesn't get much better than this! Inside, find an open and spacious floor plan that's comfortable and tastefully decorated. There's a nicely appointed kitchen with bar seating for eight, a separate dining area, and breathtaking views throughout the house. Other conveniences include a gas grill for summer barbecues, a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits, and beach chairs, towels, and a cooler to bring to the beach each day. In the afternoons and evenings, relax on the rooftop deck and covered porch and admire the picturesque beach in front of you. You'll also have WiFi and cable service for your nightly entertainment. The best part of this property is the location. You can walk everywhere, with wonderful restaurants and quaint bars mere steps away. A1A has been called Florida's most scenic road, with miles of road nestled up along the ocean and no high-rise condos to block the view. If you haven't discovered Flagler Beach yet, you're going to love this retro-style beach town between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Blissfully undeveloped and low-key, Flagler Beach is one of Florida's best kept secrets. It's a dog-friendly beach, where fishing and surfing are right across the street. If you're in town on a Friday or Saturday, check out the farmers market in the town square or movie night on the last Friday of the month. THINGS TO KNOW There is no elevator in this three-level home. The hot tub is no longer available. There is a private apartment off the garage that is used by the owner occasionally. The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, wolf-dog hybrid. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The view and location are awesome the house met all our needs for a party of 12, the house is just in need of some TLC. Thr beach access deck also needs a few screws. Overall I would recommend this house to anyone, based on price comparison it was a great deal

We drove through Flagler Beach earlier in the year and thought it was a great little "sleepy" beach that we wanted to visit sometime. We decided to rent this home the week prior to Christmas and although the weather didn't cooperate as much as we would have liked, we enjoyed the stay. As some other reviews have stated, the bedroom situation is a bit quirky, but if you're family or close friends, not a big deal. The view from the main room, rooftop deck and second floor deck made this rental shine. Had a great time here and would consider renting it again. Quick communications from Vacasa as well.

I Loved the location and what the place had to offer. Few negatives, WiFi was a bit spotty with some TV’s. Microwave had some issues and needs replacement. But it was very nice.

Great location at Flagler, and built in such a way as to dampen road noise from A1A. In fact, the place is a concrete structure, so it's solid. Very clean, with the exception of the upstair bathroom, has some mold smell issues, with mold apparent on the sliding door. May just need some cleaning due to moisture from that bath. lots of beds, and not much privacy. Main bedroom upstairs is a loft, so anybody sleeping there is subject to noise from anybody still awake in the kitchen and TV area. Very nice kitchen/dining area, and nice windows facing the beach. Also a great upper deck above 3nd floor to sit and watch sunrise over the beach or sunset over the intercoastal. Well supplied for kitchen. We live in Jax, so we brought along our own vaccum, which is helpful for the inevitable sand. That said - hot and cold water in outdoor shower, very nice!

Location couldn't be better! House is clean and has lots of natural light, but could use some curtains/shades in some strategic places for more privacy. Lovely high ceilings and beautiful loft. Amazing front ocean-facing covered balcony and 3rd floor open rooftop...beautiful views all around! Wished the hot tub were working but we knew from the ad that it wasn't before we arrived. Some of the "bedrooms" are only semi-private with access only through another bedroom via sliding glass door with curtain. Upstairs bathroom has no door in main area where tub and sink are. If you have a full house and are not family, there could be some awkward/embarrassing moments. Kitchen could use additional lighting under cabinets for cooking. Lots of storage and we used the washer/dryer for a few loads too :) We found enough dishwasher detergent and laundry soap as well as shampoo and conditioner with bath soap and hand soap. Ran out of toilet paper and had to buy additional garbage bags too. For our multi generational family gathering it was great!

The house is dated, but would be just fine if properly maintained and cleaned well. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable. I would love to talk with someone from corporate at Vacasa about my concerns before sharing them publicly, as they can be easily remedied for future guests. Our stay was a disappointment.

Loved the home location and ocean view. Home needs maintenance; not much water pressure in the shower; best shower is the one outside. There were ants in the family room. Rooms have no much privacy at all. Home needs maintenance and remodeling in some areas. It was a good stay good stay.

I have rented in the past from VRBO, even though this house was in beautiful location across the beach, the home itself needs proper cleaning, lighting and furniture upgrade, and tented to get rid of roaches.
