Place inquiry and we will adjust accordingly. Cozy but spacious 2-bedroom, 1 bath home located on Cedar Creek Lake. Large backyard with plenty of space to spread out and relax from the city life. With direct access to the lake, your options for fun are endless. Included outdoor amenities like our paddleboard, kayak, firepit, fishing dock and cornhole game space you may find you will need extra time to try it all! Located in Gun Barrel City, you won't have to go far to find some great restaurants or grocery stores if you choose to cook at home. We have stocked our kitchen with everything you would need to cook your own delicious meal and have included a backyard grill for your use. Dine al fresco on the deck overlooking the backyard and canal. If it's too hot or cold outside, our Sunroom provides the perfect space for you to enjoy the view outdoors but remain cozy or cool inside. At only an hour away from Dallas, Cedar Creek Lake is an easy destination for those looking to escape the city life for a few days. Inside Open concept living room/kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooking spices, blender, food processer, toaster, instant pot that also air frys and slow cooks, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. TV includes Netflix and DirectTV stream. 1st Bedroom- Queen bed with bedding and pillows. 2nd Bedroom- Corner unit twin and full size beds with twin trundle below the full bed. nightstand between the twin and full bed. Bathroom- Stand up shower and sink. Sunroom- Sofa with queen sleeper overlooking backyard. Washer and Dryer located in sunroom. Outside Raised deck that overlooks the backyard, firepit, cornhole game, dock and canal. Grill located right off deck with overhead string lights to help see across the expansive backyard. Paddleboard and kayak as well as life vests are provided. Newly built fishing dock for you to relax or fish on the canal. Stairway to help you get in and out of the water. If your planned activities include going in the water, please check ahead on the lake level, as it can vary during year and especially during the end of the summer months. ***We are currently adding an upper deck at the water. You will still have current access to lower deck, but the upper deck is still under construction, and is not available for guest use. We ask that you remain off the structure and the area surrounding it. See the last picture in the listing to see what this area looks like.

Amazing and responsive host, warm, inviting, and spotless!! So glad we chose this Vrbo… we picked based on proximity to my daughters Gun Barrel City house. We are returning because we absolutely loved the space! I especially liked the sunroom, felt like I was outside without being out in actual heat of the day. Cortney is the Best!!

Absolutely wonderful home, owners, and location. We had 4 friends join us one afternoon to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they also loved the house. We floated in the canal and kayaked and paddle boarded to the lake. We will return.

I have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and this is #1 on my list for the attention to all the details that made my Mom’s stay comfortable. We normally rent something larger, to fit our family of 10, but this time it was just my Mom and me with my daughters visiting. The size was perfect! It felt MUCH larger than the square footage listed in the description!!!

If you're looking for peace and solitude topped off by stylish and comfortable surroundings, then this is it!! This place is a true gem from top to bottom. We enjoyed our stay here so much on our very first family ladies' trip and this adorable home provided everything that we could ask for. We absolutely love the ability to sit on the dock, fish and take in the outdoors plus have to use of the fantastic, enclosed patio room when it was raining. You cannot go wrong here! Thank you so much for such a wonderful place!

We’ve stayed at mini vacation rental location and this one supersedes them all by far! Courtney has given careful attention to all the little details. Decorating was in keeping with the theme of the property and we found the rental to be clean and very well stocked with everything we needed from condiments to water to bug spray.

This was a nice & cozy spot, perfect for my boyfriend & I to have a relaxing getaway. I informed Courtney that we were celebrating a belated birthday & an upcoming birthday, and she surprised us with a cake & balloons. The house was very clean & had everything that we needed. Although the house was nice & comfortable, we spent most of our time outside on the backyard deck, by the firepit and on the deck by the lake. Courtney reached out to us to make sure that our stay was going ok & to let us know to reach out to her if we needed anything. We will most definitely be returning!

This home and property manager are amazing! Decor and cleanliness of the home is fantastic! Decor is perfectly, light and relaxing. The home had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen and was not over crowded with unnecessary items, making what we needed easy to find. Can't wait to find another reason to go back to this property!

Everything was brand new in the home and loved the small but loaded kitchen with plenty of counter space. We spent most of our time on the back deck just enjoying our stay. We loved it and plan to come back. Courtney, property manager, communicated with us very well and made sure everything was ready when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and necessities. Living area pleasant and included fall decorations. Very clean place. Towels very nice. The Sun porch looks pleasant. However, we were limited to the house, due to rain and temp. Gracious hostess. I let my friend stay in the main bedroom and I was stuck with with the second bedroom. Ugh! Bunk beds, no table and lamp! (So this rental is limited to a couple with kids.) You can’t read, have a leisurely cup of coffee in bed etc. Used my cooler to sit items.on! TV choices and Wi-Fi were bad. The tv on line has outdated choices and I can’t recommend HULU. The bathroom needs a small table to sit toiletries etc. on. Either you try to balance your items on the sink or place on the floor. I recommend you get a narrow table with chairs that you sit behind the sofa. Not everyone wants to sit on bar stools. Per my friend, the bed in main bedroom needs a step stool. I do appreciate you driving over on Thanksgiving to help us with the tv! Hope this helps! Glenda

This cute little house is on the canal very close to the open lake. Everything was provided for in this house. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable! We loved spending time on the closed in porch since it was too hot to sit outside. Unfortunately, due to the drought there wasn't any water in the canal. Other than that, this stay was perfect!

This place was just as pictured if not better. Our family enjoyed hanging out at the house and kids loved playing corn hole. We were disappointed we couldn’t do water activities due the low lake level and extreme heat, but we made the best of it. Homeowner had great suggestions of indoor things to do that my kids loved.

The hostess, Courtney, thought of everything! The Lake house was so charming and well provisioned. So many thoughtful touches! We were greeted with a lovely charcuterie board in the refrigerator with a note. She quickly responded to all questions and concerns. An unexpected treat was our proximity to the Canton first Monday Trade Days. All appliances are new. Fishing poles, kayaks, lighted fellowship and recreation area in the back. Beautiful trees. Gorgeous Enclosed back patio where we had our breakfast each morning

Catch me, I have fallen in love! 🥰This cozy cottage on the canal of Cedar Creek Lake is truly cuter IRL with amenities galore! The pictures do not do it justice because it’s more like a mini resort by the lake. The owners have poured their hearts into it and it shows. It is well decorated and full of thoughtful touches. I spent my mornings drinking coffee on the sun porch with a good book. The kitchen has all of the items you need including spices, condiments, and small appliances (coffee pot with both drip and Keurig options, blender, instant pot, food processor, toaster, every pot, pan, baking dish you can think of and more). There are dishes and glasses for indoors and out because that’s where you want to be to cook on the grill while you play a game of corn hole in the backyard. Enjoy a cold beer and use their provided gear and poles to snag a few catfish or stripers on the canal dock. There are stairs to easily get in the lake and be sure to use the kayak and paddle board that’s provided. So much fun. We met the neighbors on all sides and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Our favorite part was roasting marshmallows for s’mores at the fire pit under the string-light lit backyard. Gorgeous! Courtney was an exquisite host and very responsive to ensure every detail of our stay was memorable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
