RIGHT ON THE GOLF COURSE! This home's location is just fabulous; golfers, birdwatchers, this is a spectacular view over the 4th and 5th green in Lakeside Golf & Country Club, Inverness. The house is very well maintained and clean as whistle. The master has an adjacent bathroom with shower, separate toilet and walk-in closet. TV available in the master with multiple channels. Waking up, you can enjoy the view of the golf course and use the French doors to enjoy the outdoors. The second master bedroom has a large bed, which consist of two twins, put together. The beds can be separated if necessary. A HD TV for the spoiled guests! The third bedroom is located opposite of the second master and is a bit smaller. It is on the frontside of the house and has 2 beds and a closet. The fourth bedroom has two twins. The 3 bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway. This bathroom has a shower only and has access to the pool. The kitchen is open, large and bright with plenty full counter space and cabinets. Your kitchen has a view on the front yard. Pantry and access to the garage. Open concept living area with dining table and chairs, living space with couches and large HD TV multiple channels. The sliding glass door opens up to the SOLAR HEATED pool. Large deck and covered lanai. No bugs because the screen protects you from insects! 2-car garage with washer and dryer and "owners closet". Outdoor seating such as a conversation seating set, dining table with 6 chairs, lounge chairs, umbrella. Free use of the BBQ but please clean the BBQ after use and refill the tank ($15). Free use of bicycles and golf sets. Connell Lake Estates is a golf course community with an 18 hole golf course, restaurant, putting green and pro-shop. Across the subdivision is the famous Rails to Trails, the 48 mile long bike path. Close to Inverness (3 miles), and 20 miles to Ocala. Enjoy your vacation! NOTE ABOUT THE POOL. This house has SOLAR PANELS on the roof. Solar panels work when the sun is out and strong enough to heat the water. Keep in mind there is approx. 12,000 gallons of water that needs to be heated. When the sun is NOT strong enough, the water will NOT be heated to a comfortable temperature. When there is frost and freezing (we do have that in Florida), the solar panels will NOT work at all. So if you would like to swim in the winter and want to be sure of a warm pool, the best solution is to book a villa more south in Florida or book a house with a gas heater for the pool. Even electric heaters are not always able to keep up with colder temperatures.

My in laws and I stayed here during a Christmas visit. The house was great, a peaceful spot to relax. It was great having the pool. Rooms and beds were comfortable and there was lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking!

As members of a Dragonboat team competing at a festival in Hernando, this location and size worked out perfectly. The house was clean and inviting, the kitchen very well stocked and the host answered any questions promptly and courteously.
(*I would respectfully recommend trying to eliminate the bed frame noises in the master suite bed that are annoying any time and every time one turns over or gets up from the bed. I don’t think it would be too difficult to correct).

The home’s location was perfect! However, some of the things mentioned in the discription are not accurate. There are no beautiful French doors opening to the backyard. There are sliding doors. The TVs are claimed to be HD but they have no smart gestures like Netflix, etc. There aren’t even tvs in 2 of the bedrooms. The entire home is filled with bugs! Outside around the area is infested with bugs because the house was the only home on the block without the grass cut. It must’ve been 3 ft high! The patio screen doors didn’t close fully so the pool area had many bugs. The roaches were the worst ones that were even found in the rooms. The bicycles had flat tires & we had to pump them ourselves. The window blinds kept falling off as well so we couldn’t keep shade in the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because the owners were very helpful in directing me to the bike trail & shopping area but we are not being charged money for excess garbage when the check out instructions clearly stated to place all trash in the trash bins & all excess trash in the garage as we did.

House was clean, host was extremely responsive, pool and patio were very nice, just a few suggestions to improve the stay for future guests.
This is a larger house intended for larger numbers of guests, hence why we booked for our party of 8. With that being said, I’d expect ample linens (i.e., wash cloths, we only had 2 total and went out to purchase an inexpensive pack of our own), more than 4 rolls of toilet paper for our 4 night stay, more than 1 garbage bag, more than 2 garbage cans in the garage as many guests cook). Given that this house boasts the fully stocked kitchen, I would suggest at least one cookie sheet and knives that are occasionally updated/replaced (we purchased 2 new knives and left them for future guests). Suggest updating the mattresses, the one in the primary suite was by far the worst one I’ve ever slept on. Would suggest upgrading to a larger AC unit that can keep up or at least have it maintained regularly so that the AC drains. Would suggest replacing dining light with ceiling fan/light combo to keep air moving in that large area. Would suggest hanging TV on wall that backs up against guest bath and larger sectional couch to accommodate larger parties like ours. Other than that, the house was very nice and clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

Hostesses was a pleasure to deal with. The house was nice, pool was nice when the weather broke. Really enjoyed ourselves. House had some supplies that were needed to start off with.

The following could definitely use upgrading/replacing.
* The mattresses were not comfortable by any means
* The washer and dryer could use an upgrade. The front loader washer is on the small side, couldn't wash too much laundry at one time; the dryer runs hot even on the medium setting and has an annoying squealing noise

Inverness Get Away
The house was just a it was described. Clean, fully stocked and close to some great off road biking on Santos trails. We had a nice dinner one night in the little town of Inverness where we were surprised to find live music and a brewery.

Girls golf trip
Home was very well maintained, clean and provided for all the necessities. Towels ands linens were like new. Outside living space very nice with lots of areas to sit around and enjoy the pool and view of golf course.

I love the tranquility and nature
It is my first time that I rent for this app and I loved checking in myself my children love the swimming pools and it turned on a light at night very clean all the only thing I did not like was that the house smelled of cigarette smoke and I personally hate that smell, everything was excellent except for that

The property manager, Myriam, even stopped in on our check in day to ensure everything was up to par. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. We will definitely return in the future!!

Spring getaway.
We needed to be in Ocala but wanted to visit the gulf as well. We were very satisfied with our stay. The home was cozy, welcoming and clean. Everything you need to cook meals, brew a fresh pot of coffee (or k-cup) or enjoy wine and cocktails. The pool area was clean and had usable floats and toys. Very satisfied.

Great Stay
Property had a nice pool, fair priced golf course, close to Crystal River and a better deal for 6 people than any hotel room can offer. Plenty of room and open layout for lots of family. Only reason I cant give it 5 stars is the band-aid on the pool deck when we got there and the beds. Two large beds were loud to roll over which made for 3 long nights. Creeping and popping whenever someone sat up or rolled over was really a bummer but couldn't let that ruin an otherwise great place and great get away. Seriously though, fix the beds and I'll be back.
