As such, if, for any reason, a Guest cancels this Agreement more than one hundred-twenty (120) days from the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund of amounts paid, less a $500 processing fee. If the cancellation is requested 120 days or less from arrival date, all monies are forfeited unless Owner is able to re-rent the Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Owner will refund amounts paid, less a $500.00 processing fee. NO PET POLICY: Please note that the owners stay in the home when it is not rented. As such, no animals - to include service animals - are permitted at the property.
