Large room with king sized bed : probably the best mattress we have slept upon .Good sized en-suite with everything we needed .

Whilst the room was generally clean there were cobwebs on the ceiling and the feature light fitting needed a good wash . It is unfortunate that there is a bathroom above and you can hear it being used.

Ken was very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and had everything we needed.

When the people above us used their shower it sounded like it was raining inside and actually woke us up!

Good location,close to our family

We were greeted by the owner of the property, which was nice. He was friendly and explained everything about the house, locking doors and security. Showed us to our room asked if it was alright. We were even invited to have a beer with him and another visitor in the garden.. So thoughtful & kind. Fab nights sleep too, will definitely stay again. 110% recommend A*

Unfortunately there wasn't separate hand towel in bathroom, and didn't always remember to take mine with me when I went for a wee, so had drippy wet hands after washing them! Individual toiletries would be nice touch too. but no biggie really :)

The most brilliant host Ken top lad ,to me it's been a month now I have stayed and to sample I have staying in all the rooms ,you can't even fault a simple one of them top notch most most .most value for money ,like I say I keep on coming back. Everything its home away from home next time thinking of bringing, my family too ,best friendly place neighbourhood shops just a stone throw away, what else would you ask for.ken is always on hand if you need anything lovely yard for Bbq,Man of the world fits in with everyone.💯 👌 😌

In a nice area. The bed was comfortable and room and en suite very clean. Great they provided a fan as it was a very humid night.

Ken was a wonderful host, we only booked for one night and stayed the weekend as our weekend works was not going on. We had Great chats and watched the word cup. Had a few drinks on weekend and went to the local bars and Kenneth even cooked us Sunday roast dinner which was amazing. His sister popped over and was a good chat. Would definitely go back and if in the area again I will personally call him myself. Top man

DO NO STAY HERE! I didn’t know how this place got so many good reviews, but when we checked in, the host was a drunk lady and she was so wasted and probably high. And she was knocking our doors in the middle of the night screaming and crying! we were so scared and eventually left the house when we got the chance. I literally thought she was gonna hurt us. SO DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, you don’t wanna experience this.
