The house is as advertised but what you can't see in the pictures is how immaculately clean Jo (Grandma Cook :) ) keeps the property.. Very comfortable beds in the 2 bedrooms. The pool and jacuzzi, while not used every day, was a welcome bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much, and getting to know Millie and Jo was a welcome bonus. Thank you.

My sister and I rented the place for one night to stay before our cruise. We had a great stay, lots of nice little personal touches like water in the mini fridge, variety of coffees/teas to make in the keurig. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was really nice. Didn't get in the pool or hot tub as we arrived pretty late after a long drive and were exhausted but they were clean and looked very inviting. Overall amazing stay and would definitely stay there again.

This beautiful guest house was even more stunning than the photos--- and more spacious! We loved everything about the space with just the right amenities and the BEST shower ever. Most of all, our spoiled dogs were safe and comfortable in the indoor spaces, on the pool deck, and in the pristine fenced yard. Josephine was a warm and welcoming Host. We will stay here again if she's not already fully booked the next time we're in South Florida!

My experience was wonderful and Josie was a great host. Got me anything I needed. The hot tub and Heated Pool was the kicker that made me decide to stay here. Location is close to everything and major highways. Also the room was totally renovated and alot of room for 1 or 2 people. I would stay here again in future!

My husband and I took a cruise out of Miami, we flew from Ft Lauderdale. We stayed here our last night before heading home. The pool and hot tub were an awesome part of the stay. It was Very comfortable and private, exceptionally friendly and responsive host. 5 stars all the way! We will definitely rent this room again.

This space was pristine and perfect for my quick visit! I wish I could have stayed longer. Josephine created a hidden-haven….poolside. There were excess mirrors and nice white walls. To top it off, Josephine is an absolute doll and wonderful host. I look forward to going back soon for my dip in the hot tub and swim in the private pool.

Josephine was a wonderful host for our stay here! She was very accommodating and helpful. She made sure to give us our space while still providing us with the services we needed. The room was a perfect size for one couple, and although it is only one room, the bathroom and closet provide much more space for moving about and storing items. It felt plenty spacious for us. It was also very clean (Josephine made sure to keep everything clean and fresh for us). It is newly remodeled and very comfortable. The room does not come with a kitchen, but we were still able to find ways to cook food using the microwave and grill. Eating outside was not a problem for us; we enjoyed the backyard with plenty of shade and seating. The hot tub and pool were available whenever we liked, which was a fun addition! We were able to enjoy privacy and peace when using these amenities. Also, the location was perfect as it is in walking distance of a park that we went to almost every day, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Overall, we would highly recommend this place!
