This home has been meticulously curated and maintained to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The downstairs consists of a spacious living room, a separate sitting room with mountain views, a half bath and a large chef's kitchen with glass doors that lead to an outdoor patio with fenced yard. Upstairs you will find a deluxe king suite with 5 piece bath and sitting room. There are an additional 2 large bedrooms with a shared full bath. Large open concept kitchen with attached dinning and sitting room perfect for entertaining. After visiting the coffee bar, enjoy your morning brew on the large covered front porch with tranquil views. Through the hall, you'll find a 1/2 bath and built in desk before you enter the main living room ready for movie night. Upstairs is highlighted by the large King suite with large closets, sitting room with futon bed, and large en-suite 5 piece bath. Down the hallway you'll find a washer/dryer before the 2 additional bedrooms. The first contains a queen bed and mountain views, the 2nd holds ample sleeping space with a Full/Full combo bunkbed complemented with a futon bed. Out back, you'll find a large private patio with electric awning, ample seating and a fire pit. Parking for 7 in the large 6 car driveway and a private garage for another vehicle and all of your gear. Access via front door, then guests can use garage or back door once checked in. Other things to note; Large fenced in yard. Unobstructed views of the Holimont Ski Club. EV Owners will be delighted that a FREE charging station is next door at the EVL Town Center, just steps away. Located walking distance to all of Ellicottville's best dining and entertainment venues. Just over a mile to Holiday Valley or Holimont for Winter/Summer fun. Very impressed with the house and location. Quick walk to the heart of ellicotville! Property has a great hosting kitchen island and was equipped with a grill/fire pit. Hosting friends and family was a breeze. Highly recommend!

This property was an excellent choice if you are planning on exploring ellicottville’s shops, bars, and restaurants. The walk was nice and short. The house was immaculate and very roomy. The host answers any questions right away. I will definitely rent this property again!

a group of 12 of us stayed at this house for a getaway/bachelorette party and had a great time! Not only was check in easy but the location and house was perfect! Everything we could have ever wanted, spacious, cute and CLEAN!! Corey allowed myself and another to check in early to set up which was beyond helpful and always responded right away with any questions we had! Such a smooth and easy process and I would 100% decide to come and stay here again!

The house perfect for our group and we were within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, and the grocery store. Corey was such a great host - he truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. I would definitely stay here again :)

Nice and quiet. Was able to relax and watch some tv, then talk a walk down to EBC and enjoy the weather! The view of the mountains made it feel very peaceful.

This house was perfect for us as we needed a place to stay while in town for a family wedding. Centrally located - great walkable neighborhood with cute arboretum next door. Extremely clean and comfortable.

Girls weekend trip - the house is beautiful! Very, very clean! Stocked with anything & everything you need. Close to town, about a 10min walk. Corey was wonderful to work with; very kind & always quick to respond. You will not go wrong at this place :)

The home was beautiful, clean, and so nicely decorated. The layout is thoughtful with plenty of sleep options, as well as areas to visit, eat, watch tv, and sit around the fire. Host was so friendly and accommodating. It was absolutely perfect!

Such a beautiful location and perfect property to host group of 10-12 friends and family. So close to village/market, park in vicinity, huge fenced yard for bonfire, BBQ and playing. Kitchen is large with all pots, pans and things you will need to impress friends with your cooking. We will visit again in summer as kids are so excited to have star gazing in the night and do roller coaster on holiday valley

Our three young adult children, husband and I stayed here for the weekend. The house is very nice, with good beds. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire after a day of skiing. Corey always got back to me quickly. Highly recommend this place.

We will definitely be coming back! My husband, myself and 5 children stayed here. Wonderful location, walking distances to plenty of activities and a quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean, spacious and fully stocked. The owner was helpful and easy to get a hold of.

This property was a terrific choice for a trip with two families of 3. The house is well-equipped and just as nice -if not better -tham the pictures. Everything you needed for a weekend away was there including a well equipped kitchen,plenty of towels, and lots of comfortable seating inside and out. The fenced in backyard was particularly nice with younger kids. Location-wise, immediately nearby was a nice park with playground and arboretum with walking trail. The village center was an easy walk away for meals and shopping (including a grocery store). A short drive took us to the summer activities at the ski resort. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get to Ellicottville.

The property was in a prime location. Just a few blocks from Main St/Downtown. Great for walking. The views from the house to Holiday Valley were nice. The guys and I brought cornhole and a football to play in the backyard. Plenty of space to toss them both. We cooked numerous meals with the large kitchen and cookware available to us. Highly recommend for a group! Corey was very communicative and quick to respond.

Was a great weekend for everyone. The house was big enough for everyone. Plenty of place to sleep and the fenced off yard made it better. We never had issues with any of the people around the houses. Perfect location too because it was all in walking distance. Never had to drive once.

I can't say enough about this place. Everything is modernized with quality products and very clean. Privacy of fenced in back yard was great for kids. We think our favorite part was the location right next to Nannen Arboretum with paved nature trails and catch and release fishing pond as well as Ellicottville Village Park with a playground for the kids. Highly recommended.

This house was so nice to stay in. The basic house supplies were there when we needed them. Corey was an amazing host. He was so welcoming and we had great communication throughout the whole weekend. Definitely recommend staying here with friends and/or family❤️
