And if working from lake is your jam, we provide high-speed Internet access too! Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck overlooking the backyard & waterview. An evening of smores over the firepit or a quiet afternoon on the fishing dock. Just bring your own fishing rods! Whatz-Up Fun Park, Cedar Creek Brewery and Lone Star Marina with Tiki Hut Restaurant are closeby. Even Canton Trade Days is just 45 mins away!

The house is lovely, with lots of homey touches. The location is beautiful, on a quiet cove that was perfect for relaxed kayaking. We'll certainly be back.

We wanted to get a few days of relaxation by the lake and loved the idea of having access to the kayaks. The house is super cute, super accessible and we enjoyed every bit of our stay! The host is very thoughtful and helpful!

Cute little house on the lake. We loved it. Very well stocked. Anything we needed we found. Great communication with owners. They even left some yummy snacks. The kids loved everything about this place. We recommend and if in the area would stay again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

My husband and I went for some time away while our kids were at camp. This place is perfect. Beautiful lake house has everything you need,lots of special touches. We would stay there again for sure!

We had a great stay. The house was spotlessly clean, organized, decorated beautifully, stocked with everything you could ever need, the patio was perfect for relaxing. It was shaded so it stayed cool during the day. We had plenty of kayaks and lift jackets for everyone and the boat dock was perfect for parking our boat. I communicated with the owner several times and always got an immediate response. The neighbors were also very friendly and gave us helpful information regarding the lake. Looking forward to staying here again.

101 Sundown truly is a little piece of heaven! Just what me & my partner needed. Surrounded by nature.. quiet.. you can hear the birds, watch the fish jump & watch the little turtles. We took the kayak out on the water almost everyday.
The place is very clean. So amazingly well stocked. Ample of supply of towels, quilts, cooking condiments, cleaning supplies, disposable dinnerware when you’re on the run.
It felt like home away from home!
The place has wonderful energy. The photo online do full justice.

The lake house was perfect for our stay. The house was very clean, smelled fresh and beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there and was labeled making everything easy to find.

The owner was very easy to get a hold of and answered all questions in a timely manner. This house was cute, clean, and was well organized. The owners have everything labeled so there is no guessing. The back decks (multiple decks) were perfect for eating, or just talking. They had multiple kayaks for our use. Even though the lake was extremely low, we were able to use them and were out for over an hour. It was a perfect place for me and my adult daughter to bond and just have a great "just us" weekend.

Our group included 3 Mom and 3 teens and this stylishly decorated home (Rae Dunn fans should apply!) offered something for everyone. Kayaks for all, multiple shaded porches, and plenty comforts of home (labels on everything kept the guess work out). Owner was also super responsive to all of our questions too!

Short but perfect!
This was a great experience for me, daughter, granddaughter and best friend. Nice time to relax and make memories! The host were perfect and house was laid out and explained to a T!
