the bouncy castle/slides at sea for kids

Staff. I waited for my room service 1 hour even though they said it will take 20 min (had to call 3 times).

les équipements sont parfaits les enfants ont adoré les salles de jeux et les structures gonfalbles dans l'eau, les animations pour les grands et les petits étaient de très bonne qualité, excelente ambiance et activités suberbes au kids club, les animateurs sont chaleureux surtout Kimo, ma fille a passé plus de temps au kids club qu'avec nous.

Family friendly staycation

The chalet with private pool was beautiful, very serene and private - was a nice escape from the hotel which was extremely crowded being the Eid holidays. Lovely sandy beach with water sports and it’s a very family inclusive hotel, the rooftop bar allows children which was always a great end to the day.

We had a few encounters with staff who seemed quite overwhelmed/inexperienced/rude at times. We understood how busy the hotel was and tried to be patient as much as possible. We found the food at the hotel buffet rather average for a 5 star hotel. I think operationally there could be improvements but otherwise the hotel has the potential to be outstanding

A pleasant time for the whole family.

Breakfast was lovely, wonderful display and selection. Lots of activities for the children and we loved the floating obstacle course as a family. We would definitely return.

It was marvelous.

The staff and the service were extraordinary. As soon as I mentioned it to them that it's my wife bday, without asking me, they arranged for a small surprise with a mini cake and fruits. It was an exceptional service.

Room size and price could have been better. TV/Entertainment unit has limited options.

All good exepr for the room - did not meet 5* expectations

Very nice and big garden, swimming pool for adults separated from the part where kids are playing, pet friendly location.

Room was small and not looked like 5* facility. 3-4* maybe. Not comfortable

Food was ok, hope there will be more variety to be offered during breakfast. I like the promptness of the staff especially during check-in and check-out as well as the housekeeping.

There were some rust when we pulled the shower head from the tub but it was cleaned right away when reported

Lots of things for kids to do. Good breakfast spread. Clean beach and attentive staff

Check in process was not very smooth and getting the room took a while but then again we were traveling during Christmas and the hotel was full

Not intending to return ever

Breakfast was good , beds were fantastic

Placed 1000aed down as a deposit and within 24 hrs they we chasing us for more money - its like they expected us to run out of the hotel and not pay - we felt insulted as we are not thieves.

Vacation away from home is priceless if we have such staff who cater to our every needs😍

Exceeded our expectations, our first time wt Movenpick & staff were friendly, approachable, offered fruit drinks upon our arrival, we were treated like princess & are warm hearted

Everything was to our comfort & what i didnt like is i didnt want to end our staycation😉

Highly recommend!

I had a delightful staycation at this hotel! The cleanliness and serene ambiance created a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff's exceptional service and friendliness added a special touch to our experience. With a variety of activities and a peaceful night atmosphere, it's perfect for anyone – friends, family, or couples. The ocean view from the room was a cherry on top. We had a blast and highly recommend it!

The resort is amazing, the staff are very friendly, Mustafa the manager was very helpful, couldn’t ask for more it was my second time at the hotel and they still managed to impress me

Awesome time, good location, friendly staff, excellent food

I like the seamless and fast check in with Moustafa, the night Manager. He explained very well the amenities of the hotel. He is warm and accommodating. The room is clean and comfortable and spacious. I really liked that they accommodated our request for connecting rooms with sea view. Beach and pool are awesome and clean. Nice and friendly staff. We had Brunch and dinner at Boons both are awesome, special thanks to Claire, Rahul, Thiri and Chef Alden for the exquisite service. Food was really great. Breakfast at Market offers a different/excellent variety. We had the best time. Highly recommended and we will definitely visit again.

Amazing Staycation

It was a lovely, ralaxing and amazing stay we had at Movenpick Al Marjan Island. We got an room upgrade with a sea view and the staff was very helpful and all facilities and amentities were amazing. Dinner and Breakfast buffet was fabulous and we enjoyed the food. It was my wife's birthday the hotel provided a small treat as well. Definitely worth for what we paid and we'll visit back again.

Friendly staff, amazing location and rooms with gorgeous views!

The hotel is beautiful, it has a a comforting spa feel. Everything was so clean and organised. The staff were friendly and helpful! Essam checked us in and kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room with a gorgeous seaview. The breakfast was tasty and the location of the hotel is great. It's so nice to walk around the island during the day and at night.

Fresh Hotel with good vibes. beach club and ULA beach pool is very nice

Food at the All Day Dining was below standard as food was not even warm, and the lobby cafe served the coffee cold.

I was truly expected it to be better.

The hotel is really nice, new and very modern. The rooms are spacious enough to enjoy. Did not have a chance to enjoy all facilities as it was for a night.

Super crowded as it feels they are giving it for free. The pool was not clean at all. The sand was inside.
