The pool was disgusting and had hair extensions and debris in it. It was not clean at all. There was broken glass in the kitchen that required medical attention after being stepped on. There were broken blinds and no one responded to requests or questions. The trash was overflowing from the bin the day we got there and no one took care of it or told us what to do.
