With modern comfort and a stunning beachfront location, Wait n' Sea is the perfect escape! THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Condo was lovely! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen well supplied with anything you need to cook. We loved our stay and will be back again.

This place was soooo cute, comfy, and had the best view of the beach. This condo was extremely clean and perfect for our stay. 10/10 recommend!!!

Everything in this home was so thought out from the towels, blankets, puzzles and utensils. Everything was so sweet and it felt like staying at home.

We enjoyed the condo, pool and beach very much. We did have a problem with the keypad lock. It took at least five tries to unlock, if it worked at all. It was “fixed” on our third day. Still had problems. We used the key from the lockbox. The only other issue was a filter in the Keurig coffee maker that had black mold. There were no replacement filters.

Overall pretty nice condo. Extra linens were not clean. One burner and hood light didn’t work. Hassled by condo management over wrist bands (only 2 provided) for 6 people and parking. Lots of excessive rules at condo. Couches inside and out were dirty. Lots of things needed proper laundering but decor was pretty. Pool was big and nice temperature. The ocean unfortunately had a lot of scratchy seaweed. Beach was nice.

My sisters and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing get away to just visit for a few days, and we did! This place was clean, beautiful, a pleasant surprise. Shops, cafes, and restaurants in abundance and so close. We definitely are thinking of doing it again. Pool, view of the ocean, we truly enjoyed ourselves.

This will be one of my new favorite getaways! The condo is in a really nice area. Not too far away to the things we wanted to do. Very peaceful at the property. Very clean. Overall, a really great spot! Can’t wait to come back!

We decided to take a last minute trip to visit family and found this gem. Everything was perfect! The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens/towels, etc. Our 2 boys - ages 2 and 4 - enjoyed the pools and the close proximity to the beach. It was perfect! We can’t wait to go back!

We loved being on the beach. The pools were very nice too. Comfortable beds and nice decor.
The only negatives: Vacuum was not working and no broom
The stainless steel pots and pans stick very bad.
Ice maker didn't work
Only 1 Parking space. We paid on-site to buy an extra and then there were no extras.
But our visit was wonderful and would stay again

We were able to enjoy our early morning coffee on the balcony while we watched the sunrise.
