Your privacy will be respected and they will avoid working on areas of the grounds you are occupying. ADDITIONAL RULES: ○ By booking this property, you are agreeing to sign our rental contract & provide your email address after booking so we can send you our rental contract. ○ Minimum age of primary renter: 30 ○ Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside. ○ Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway at the property. ○ Standard occupancy is 12 guests, and maximum occupancy is 19 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30 per guest, per night. ○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval. ○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street. ○ Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge.
