This is a hidden gem. The property is very peaceful, clean and had anything you might need while on vacation with family. Love the area and all the great things to do nearby.

The house was everything we could have asked for, exactly as pictured. My favorite was having coffee on the dock after a swim in the lake. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the kayaks and playing around in the water. We will definitely be back very soon!

From the moment we walked into the house we knew we made a great choice. The house was clean and very well appointed. We appreciate having spices, games, and books. The lake was very peaceful and fishing was very good. Access to the shoreline towns was very easy. Would love to come back again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the lake house! I saw loons swimming and "fishing" directly in front of the house on the first day. Clean and comfortable home. My only suggestions are, outdoor seating - some Adirondack chairs would be great so people could sit outside, a fire pit, and a grill. I would also recommend water shoes to go into the pond, a little mucky and clams can make a nasty cut on your feet. Overall, a great place to stay!

Beyond our expectations!!
Beyond our expectations!!
WOW. I can not express how great our stay was here! We come once a year to see my stepdaughter, and it means a lot to be able to cook for everyone and have fun as a family with my boys. The photos in this listing doesn’t do the property justice, this house is so nice and the views are spectacular. There were plenty of accommodations, I am definitely going to be back to this location. Thank you so much!

Beautiful Property!!!
Beautiful Property!!!
Absolutely gorgeous property in a pristine location! Beautiful grounds with lots of trees for shade and lush perennials. The view of the pond is stunning and can be seen from every room in the house! We found the water warm and enjoyed lounging on the dock and floating in the pond. The hosts kindly let us borrow their kayaks and we saw bald eagles and loons. There is also a barred owl who has residence near the property and it was a majestic sight. I would recommend water shoes if you prefer a sandy bottom. House is within 20 minutes of both Camden and Rockport and we enjoyed exploring. Pizza place in center of Union is pretty decent and there is a market close by for basic needs. Pour brewery was a fun experience, there are also several wineries close by but we couldn’t fit them in! Beth’s farmers market is a must!! The hosts are SO thoughtful and wonderful and provided so many little touches that made our stay feel special! We would have loved a propane grill and fire pit but this is our personal preference. All in all - a fabulous spot, fabulous hosts and we fell in love with it! Thank you Jason & Mary for sharing your slice of Maine with us!! <3
