Good facilities everything you need

Bathroom needs a bit of TLC there was a heavy night of rain and it was dripping into a tub all night through the vent

the property was spacious and comfortable with a lovely compact kitchen

the second bedrooms bed was very creaky and mattress was quite hard so not a very good nights sleep but overall a great weekend away

Shower over bath due to difficulty with balance so prefer walk in shower

The location is great in terms of the facilities on site/access to the beach and it is a very well equipped kitchen. It was quiet and parking was excellent.

The cleanliness was poor. I had to go out to get cif/bleach and cleaned the bathroom/kitchen, even the TV screen was dirty (with more than just smudges attached to it) before I could relax. No pillow case covers/mattress protectors so made me feel uncomfortable. Add to that the rusty radiators just made me feel unclean. Towels and bedding on clean and smelt clean. I think dog friendly properties do better without carpets. the living room had a distinct odour, fortunately not upstairs but imagine it will in time. A better cleaning service with attention to detail eg doors/glass/skirts/kitchen cupboards would make it brilliant. I have stayed in Filey in cheaper and far cleaner accommodation and in the town itself. I wish in hindsight I have taken pics to illustrate my concerns but just wanted to get it clean so I could relax.

We all had a great time ,the house is lovely ,could do with a couple of replacement items ,and a bit of fresh paint ..but nothing that ruined our holiday

Unfortunately the cleaners that you employ there arent very good at there job,we had to clean the fridge out (which i think maybe faulty,doesnt get very cold).The skirting boards look like havent been cleaned for months ,they dont hoover next to the skirting boards either..we found all bisuit or cake under the sofa ..just needs a top too bottom clean..All of this is no fault of yours you employ people too do a job and they arent doing it properly ..
