We were so pleased to stay at the Homestead. It was clean and tidy and in a great location. The host was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

That it’s not dog friendly. We have a lapdog that we could not bring with us.

The homestead is fairly well appointed in as much as this tiny space has been optimised to accommodate a small family with most conveniences and amenities included throughout.

The booking info asks the number of guests which would give a clear indication of the sleeping arrangements. One would expect that at the price the beds would be made up ready especially since the number and age of the child was requested by the land lord. It was not easy to do the double bed especially if the bunks were down. The bedding was clean and matching. A mattress protector was provided for the bottom sheet of the double bed but no actual fitted sheet provided we quizzed the proprietor who confirmed about the use of the mattress protector.It was still in its packet and unlaundered which we though was strange? The Homestead is situated in a large field and there is plenty of space yet large tent had been erected less than 3 m from the Homestead which we felt was intrusive and distracted from the privacy that should of / could of been afforded. We would expect the landlord to have considered this when accepting tents to the site.
