Welcome to Lazy Lobster, an upper-level two-bedroom, two-bath recently renovated vacation getaway located in a quiet neighborhood at the northern end of Estero Island. This vacation destination is less than a 2-minute walk to Estero Boulevard and 7 miles of white sugar sand beach accessed at Beach Access Point 33. There is a wide choice of restaurants and nightlife within walking or biking distance. Many water activities are available, such as parasailing, jet ski rentals, and fishing charters. Amenities include complimentary WiFi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, and a shared laundry on the lower level. On arrival, there is ample off-street parking and one covered parking space beneath the home. Entry to Lazy Lobster's upper level is via stairs into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is beautiful wood tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of granite countertops with subway tile backsplash behind the range and oven, and cabinets stocked with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals or just snacks and coffee. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a 5-burner glass top range with a convection oven, a countertop microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. The granite-top island has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side and two upholstered high-boy bar seats on the dining area side. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six. This flows into the living area which has a leather sleeper sofa with matching loveseat, accent tables and lamps, and two overstuffed chairs with a cocktail table in between. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Off both the living and dining areas are sliding glass doors providing access out to a covered and screened-in deck that is well-furnished, boasting a table seating six, ceiling fans, and other cozy seating areas. The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, an end-of-bed bench, a 5-drawer chest, a desk with chair and mirror, and another chest with a flat-screen TV. There is a large walk-in closet, and there are sliding glass doors leading out to an open deck furnished with two chairs and a cocktail table. This deck has a gas grill and overlooks the tropically landscaped backyard below. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass door and glass wall. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a nightstand and lamp, and a 5-drawer chest with a flat-screen TV. ample closet space and sliding glass doors out to the previously described deck overlooking the backyard. The adjacent guest hall bathroom has a single-piece vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.
