Located with sweeping panoramic views overlooking Flamingo Lake and Providenciales’ southern shore, this 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome has it all. Less than 2 minutes drive from Grace Bay Beach and most of the island’s premier attractions and restaurants, Turquoise Ridge Suite is the perfect combination of location, comfort and value. Downstairs, the 10 foot ceilings lend the room an airy, spacious feel, complemented by the open plan concept, drawing the eye to the spectacular turquoise waters in the distance. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel Frigidaire and General Electric appliances, Kohler fixtures and high quality custom solid wood cabinetry. Upstairs, the master bedroom shares the same breathtaking views with 9' ceilings adding a further sense of grandeur to the space. All bathrooms are custom and 24 inch travertine tile floors adorn the entire unit. Nestled within the exclusive Turquoise Ridge development of only 6 townhomes and shared pool, this 1510 square foot unit affords owners and guests privacy and peace of mind within its gated enclave. Its centrally located with close proximity to IGA supermarket, schools, Graceway Sports Centre, the Bight Park and the beach. it's hard to find a better value Townhome.

Two couples stayed over New Years. The townhouse was clean. Kitchen is well appointed. Shared pool is nice. There are portable beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Check in was easy and directions good. Photos are representative of property. A car is needed to get to the beaches. Of note, the driveway is off the busy Leeward highway. There was some traffic noise from this in the front bedroom. But also to walk or cycle, you do need to walk along side of highway to get to side streets. We had a few issues with the house but the host was responsive.

This property is centrally located (just off Leeward Hwy) in a very small (6 units) gated community. Central to all beaches and close to the island's best grocery store, Graceway IGA. This property owner has thought of it all - beach chairs, umbrella & towels, coolers and ice packs, large fold out map of the island, sandy feet cleaning station (right by the front door), an on-site swimming pool in a beautifully landscaped garden and a nicely furnished screened in patio area. The beds were very comfortable and each room has a high-end ceiling fan (property is also climate controlled). Neighbors were friendly and helpful. A lovely place and would highly recommend.
