This is a unique, cozy space! It has an open floor plan with a huge living/dining area. The cozy kitchen has a mini coffee bar for you to enjoy in the morning with a stove and microwave. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bath accessible through the kitchen or bedroom. There is also a loft upstairs with a cozy king bed. You can relax in the chairs out front in the evenings or enjoy some time by the firepit outside - s'mores included! The driveway will accommodate boat trailers!

Loved this spacious retreat just minutes from Clemson. Large, open living room with a comfy couch, cozy bed and bath with a steamy shower, and kitchen with everything we needed for a week-long stay. Thankful to have a place we could bring our dogs. Highly recommend!!

The Area is beautiful to begin with everything that want and or may want to 2 from 2 different states as well only hour away lots of things to keep you busy in Seneca. We enjoyed our Stay glad we found her.
