About this cottage rental
Newly renovated 1 bedroom cottage 3 houses from the beach. Located at the rear of our main house. Can accommodate 4 (best for 2 adults and 1-2 young children). Yard with private grill, seating area and private outdoor shower. Walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, liquor store, coffee and bagels. Two TVs with Roku, under counter beverage refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, dishwasher, no freezer, small all-in-one washer/dryer. AC. 2 Beach Badges. 280 sq ft. The main house (front) is either owner occupied or rented to guests. NOTE-There are no bed linens, towels or blankets provided. Pillows are provided .Mattress and pillow protectors are included and are disinfected during cleanings.

The location was perfect, and access to the cottage was a lot easier than I originally thought. Everything was as described and I would recommend Richard to friends.

We had the best weekend at the cottage! Great location, walked over to Joe Pops for a couple drinks, caught the shuttle over the Bay Village, and relaxed!

Very tidy, and comfortable. Absolutely love the outdoor space and accent lighting. Proximity to the beach is awesome. Overall great area and beach.

The house was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay. Was able to come and go from the beach since it was so close. The space was clean and very comfortable. Richard was very great with responding as well. Would for sure recommend to anyone.

We highly recommend this property. We fit two adults and two teens without any trouble. The location doesn't get better. Very close to restaurants, shops and mini-golf. We never needed to drive our car. Super short walk to the beautiful beach. Richard and Chantal were excellent hosts. Cottage was quiet, clean, with comfortable beds (we did fit one twin air mattress,) perfect A/C and lovely outdoor space. Highly recommend.

close to the beach (2 houses away), clean place.
1 br and 1 bath. pull out sofa bed was bit squeaky . kitchen covered basic needs.

Very close to the beach, mini golf, shops and restaurants! Richard was very responsive and helpful. Plan to stay again!

Richard and his family were very kind. The back cottage was extremely private and even had a lovely front yard area. Location is very central. The listing and instructions are all extremely accurate and helpful! Richard was very helpful with reminders about small things such as leaving beach badges. Would stay again!

The newly renovated cottage appeared ready for Home Renovation Magazine photo shoot.
The cottage is surprisingly private considering the location. We were fortunate to find curbside parking at the street address on arrival.
Owner was available and quick to respond to any questions.

So glad we found this cottage for our relatively last minute decision to hit the shore. It's all about location. Can't beat it, closer to the beach than most LBI rentals. Modern and renovated, really nice. 2 adults and 2 kids made the cozy space work. We enjoyed all our meals on the patio.

Perfect little cottage for our four day girls getaway. Steps from the beach, owners were easy to connect with for suggestions in the area. Clean, updated nicely.
