I can’t say enough amazing things about out recent stay here! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 and our pup. The sunrises and sunsets here were breathtaking. The home was so cozy, beautiful and welcoming, it was honestly like walking into a home owned by Joanna Gaines! I appreciated the small details (dark colored makeup cloths specifically for makeup removal and great bathroom lighting) The owner was VERY quick to respond to any questions we had which was extremely helpful. There was an abundance of things to do, we wanted to stay longer to enjoy it all! Board games for the kids, water toys, sandy beach area great for the kids and pup, hot tub, grill, and a smokeless fire pit. I could go on and on. We have already started talking about when we can come back!

This home has it all. The A frame house has clearly been well taken care of. All of the furnishing are beautiful and top quality. They thought of everything and the outside living is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the decks, the hot tub and this quiet little hideaway right on Lake Norman. This home is dog friendly and comes well equipped with little details like poop bags and dog bowls. Doggie approved. We will definitely be back.

We loved everything about our trip and the house! Everything was clean and the house was awesome. The lake lot was so great for the kids, they loved the beach access and played on the shore for hours. Our favorite part was paddle boating as a family! We will be back. 5 minutes from restaurants and stores.

This is a great property to hangout with friends or the family for a weekend getaway. Would absolutely recommend.

The cottage was cozy and had all we needed for the week. Finding places that let us vacation with our dogs gets harder each year so it is much appreciated to find owners willing to let us bring them since it really is their vacation anyway :) We would absolutely rent again.

House was great. So cozy and warm and welcoming. Beds were warm and comfy during frigid temperatures. Hot tub was relaxing. The view will make us return.

The house was perfect. The kitchen had everything needed to cook nice meals and bake cookies. The beds were very comfortable in all the bedrooms. The beachfront property is beautiful. The location is great. It is close to grocery stores and is not to far from the interstate. We met the neighbors down the street and they were very nice and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here with our pups. Beautiful on the lake property. Cozy and well decorated. The hot tub was perfect for evenings on the porch. Definitely recommend!

We had the absolute best time. The only complaint I have is, I wish we could have stayed longer! The location is perfect. The hosts thought of everything you may need plus more. It was truly a great experience.

This place is truly amazing! My husband, two daughters, and our cockapoo pup LOVED staying here. In fact, we take a lake trip every summer at different lakes and one of our daughters said "This is my favorite place!" The location is really convenient, the beds so comfortable, the decor so cozy and relaxing, and the backyard set-up is beautiful. AC works great (we've stayed in places where it's not the case), all the kitchen utensils/gadgets you could ask for, extra bathroom supplies if you forget something. Swimming was so nice, the tiki boat lounge on the water was fun, and we brought our boat and had a blast tubing and cruising. There's a boat launch about 14 minutes away, so that was convenient, and the driveway parking left us plenty of room to maneuver our boat and truck. On a side note.... try the fried catfish at "Big Daddy's" restaurant nearby - we loved it! Can't say enough about this property... so worth staying here! Thanks again Austyn and Emily for being such incredible hosts and for the instant communication when we had questions. You made our end of summer vacation a dream.

This was one of our favorite rental properties we have ever stayed. Their home is impeccable- they did not miss a beat. They provided everything you could possible need and/or want. The entire place was such a great vibe. Decorations are so cute, everything was very clean and we literally did not want to leave. Their backyard is absolutely amazing. They provided all the water toys you could want and just added the BEST tiki boat for evening cocktails to watch the sunset. The seating area on the dock is also great and the deck has a hot tub- WOW. String lights are throughout the backyard which made it extra magical at night. We will be making this home an annual trip! Thank you for everything! Would not change a thing and would actually love to live here permanently..

Comfortable, clean and perfectly located lakefront property. Owners have thought of everything. Just pack your bag and head over. If you enjoy paddling on the lake, swimming, curling up with a book on the dock, or just being by the water, this is the perfect place. Also very close to stores and restaurants. Suitable for a wide range of ages and interests. Wish I could have stayed longer.
