Offering some of the best views on Carolina Beach, this top level two story condo sets on the Carolina Beach Yacht Basin. Relax with your favorite beverage on the balcony, as boats, kayaks, and paddle boards slowly pass. Don’t like to watch? Use the new floating dock to fish or launch your own kayak. If the beach is more your thing, the nearest beach access is only a two minute walk. This unit sleeps 8, so there’s room for the entire family. One of the bedrooms is on the second level for additional privacy. There’s even a commercial elevator and additional bathroom handles for the disabled. Assigned covered parking for two is included.

My family of 4 adults and 3 little ones truly enjoyed this property!!! There was enough space for all of us to have our privacy but family time is always important. The kitchen had just about everything we needed for takeout & cooking & the beds were comfy. And that backdeck didn't disappoint; the views of the boats and the gorgeous sunsets were truly awesome. and just a few quick steps to the beach make this a great stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the North end of Carolina beach

Enjoyed the condo. The 3 bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was used a lot! Views were beautiful!! The parking was a bit trying at times, moving vehicles around. I personally had no idea about King Tide. New experience - will monitor calendar & plan next trip without King Tide. You, as hosts, have been very helpful and timely in your responses. Thank you!

There were 4 of us pushing/and at or over 70! The property was perfect for our reunion. The owners were fantastic. Always available and accommodating! The unit is on the 4th floor so the elevator was a godsend! The three bedrooms and 3 baths worked fine. 2 of us shared the bunk room. One of us in the queen bed and one on the bottom bunk. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The bonus was the yacht basin view from the deck. It was so relaxing to watch boats come and go and the fantastic sunsets! The walk to the beach is about 1 block. Great location, great place. We had a blast. I would definitely book this unit in the future.

This place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was decorated nicely and for our family perfectly. The walk to the beach was short. The owners were very responsive to any questions.

Pick this home for a perfect stay in Carolina Beach. You access to the water is perfect. You will definitely enjoy the bay in the back yard. Perfect spot to hop on a rented paddle board and take a tour around the island.
The beach is a two minute walk away.
Home owners are very quick to respond to any question I had.

The space was great! Everything very clean, beautiful view, comfy beds. Bathrooms in each bedroom was great for a group of adults staying together. Close to the fun.

We had a great weekend. View from the condo is beautiful and the unit is spacious. Nice for family and friends. Each bedroom has their own en-suite. Host was great.

The place was beautiful. We rented kayaks and paddled around the inlet. So much fun. Very convenient to all of Carolina Beach. Usually stay in Wilmington, but glad we made the change. Beautiful gift upon arrival! Coffee was so good.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were great to work with, and kept us informed. Even gave us some hints on where to go for some good seafood. They were very responsive to questions we had, and even helped us with making sure our disabled daughter had a great time.

Clean throughout. Yacht basin turned out to be a unique source for water activities. Conveniently located two blocks from the beach. Owner communicated through your our stay.

Fishing trip
Got 2 good days of fishing, wish the weather would have cooperated a little more. The place is outstanding and was perfect for us!! Highly recommend, sunsets out on the balcony we’re amazing.

From start to finish the communication about what to expect and where to go while on the Island was second to none! Great place to bring your family and have a relaxing getaway! Bring your crab trap, the dock on the back of the building was loaded with Blue Crab! 10/10

Our family loved the condo. Gorgeous view. Plenty of room for all of us. Very clean and updated. Elevator was a plus for loading/unloading. Owners responded immediately when I had questions or concerns. Parking does require some flexibility but doable. Overall it was one of the nicest places we have stayed in Carolina Beach.

We found this place nearly last minute looking for a weekend stay. Tim the owner had amazing communication throughout the whole process. The place is beautiful, very nice and clean and everything works and we couldn't ask for more. Fair warning you either need to be fearless or strong getting your stuff up to the 3rd level. We didn't take our chances with the elevator but we had teens with us to help haul our stuff up and down. Once you reach the top, its worth the climb ... the sunset views off the back porch are amazing, and the "master suite" is a really nice touch being on a different level from the rest of the guests. Also note that parking is shared between units 8 and 9. It was not a problem at all for us but communication is key! Reach out to your "neighbors" early and make sure you let them know when you might be leaving, and see when they want out as well. Once we spoke with them, we had no issues getting in or out. Overall we loved this place and can't wait to stay again!
