Location was perfect as we are Vegan and City Beach Organics was right down the street as well as Yoga, coffee & cocktails and all while overlooking the gorgeous City Beach and Marina! Loved it!

Great apartment in a fantastic area. Walk to town, close access to the expressway. The furnishings are tasteful, the bed was comfortable, and the size was perfect. I will say, that when a train goes by, the whole building "rumbles" a bit, but not in a way that makes you not want to stay there. It simply startled me the first time, thinking there was a small earthquake, but once I figured it out, it was fine. Also, the building lights go on once you are inside the corridor to the elevator. At times it was dark and because of the slight delay in them turning on, I was a woman alone, so it gave me slight pause. However the building is completely secure, so once again, not a reason to not rent this unit. I would definitely stay there again!

This condo has a great location in downtown Sandpoint, which is convenient for walking everywhere. The place was beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The manager was very quick to respond to troubles with the door lock and solved the problem. Highly recommended.

This property is absolutely immaculate and easy access to absolutely everything! My husband and I stayed the weekend for our 16 year wedding anniversary and wanted something quiet and laid back. This property had zero noise issues! It was so peaceful to sit on the balcony and watch all the boats and people paddle boarding. Walking to dinning and local breweries was incredibly easy! I highly recommend Baxters On Cedar and Matchwood Brewing Company, especially when they have their live music on the weekends. Thank you so much Kathryn for making our little escape a memorable one!

We loved our stay at this property. The furnishings were more high-end than most places we've stayed at. The kitchen was well-stocked and the owners even left us two bottles of water and a bottle of wine (although we didn't end up drinking the wine). They furnished shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The towels were very plush. We'll be back! Thank you!

This was a great place close to food, shopping and nightlife. The place was clean and well appointed with a nice kitchen and Bathroom. There is a nice bedroom with a big window and a small balcony off the living room. Note that the second bed is a pullout couch. The view is of a marina that is on an access canal to the lake but not of the lake itself. There is some road and train noise but the windows and sliding door do a pretty good job of sound attenuation. Over all a good stay.

This spot couldn’t be more perfect for exploring all Sandpoint as to offer. Walking distance to good food and drinks as well as the farmers market on Saturday!

We enjoyed staying in the downtown area! Very quiet building . Extremely clean , well stocked kitchen. Complimentary wine & water The bed was very comfortable! Great view!

This unit was absolutely beautiful, the location was incredible. It was furnished beautifully, comfortable bed, loved the outside patio deck! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is perfect for a couple or couple and 2 kids. We hardly started the car as you can easily walk or bike to stores and restaurants. Just far enough off the main drag to eliminate noise. The condo’s patio overlooks the marina so you can watch the boats come and go. The water sports rental company is located 2 minutes away. We will be back.

This place is by far one of our favorite VRBO’s we have stayed in! From the moment you walk in you will be impressed with the location, the furnishings, the amazing view, the cleanliness, the bottle of wine and the comfortable bed and bedding!
