Close to beach. I liked the makeup of bedrooms. I could stay in one room with my kids and my friend in the other. Easy access to internal laundry. TV equipped with apps and easy to use. Wi-Fi available. Comfortable beds.

Parking was a bit tricky to get into but not unusual for Manly. Happy that it was available as other places did not have any.

We booked for 6 people and there was only enough beds for 5 people one of our group had to sleep on the floor the first night. The place smelt musty and door knobs came off in my hand, the sliding mirror doors came off their tracks

When we arrived, we picked up keys, was hard to find the right apartment. Apartment had not been cleaned properly, found old food container, dog chew and lots of dust under the bed. Duvets were stained, kitchen cupboards and drawers were dirty. First impressions count and ours definitely was not a good one!!

The property was noisy; the garages beneath our bedroom were in constant use from early in the morning work was being done. The tiled floors meant any movement in the property above echoed through our space. They were often dragging furniture and, dropping things and wore heeled shoes which caused trouble sleeping. The parking was very tight and was a cause of concern. When someone parked a little over in their space we couldn’t get our car out: The second bedroom only had sheer curtains meaning our daughter was awake at dawn. The staff were very defensive when we spoke with them.

Room wasn’t vacuumed properly & wasn’t mopped. Really noisy neighbours during nighttime, had other neighbours & myself argue with the same group. Filthy windows covered in mould & dust. Bathroom also has mould on ceiling. Extremely small bathroom, barely ensuite size. Shower was also mouldy.
