Perfect location close to downtown, Tubbs Hill, groceries and the 11th St. Marina which made it convenient to do everything we wanted/needed to do.
Host was very flexible when we asked to check in early.
House is plenty big enough given it was just two of us.

We are a family of 4 and were very comfortable during our stay. The house was just as described and very clean. The only minus was related to having a Keurig coffee machine but no complimentary coffee k-cups. We did not realize this or we would have stopped by Safeway to buy some on the day we arrived. We ended up going to Woops! Bakeshop & Gifts which was great.

We enjoyed our time here. Everything was clean and fairly comfortable. We appreciated, and used, the beach towels and picnic blanket. There are also beach chairs and a cooler but we didn’t need them.
The outdoor seating is comfy. The little yard was a good spot for our dog to potty but we were not comfortable leaving her unattended there (short fence with gaps and very hot during day).
Beds are extra firm. That was fine for us but noticeable. Linens are quality and cozy. Decor is attractive. Stairs are steep but that enabled maximizing spaces. Upstairs rooms don’t get A/C (hot!). The main bedroom with king bed is super tight. It’s hard to reach the adjacent bathroom quickly from where suitcases are located (only one viable option in the room). There is no counter space in the bathrooms so going to and from suitcase was needed at times and getting past the bed makes it even slower. Totally navigate-able but worth a mention for consideration by owner (added ways/shelves, to add storage in bathroom?). I recommend a hook or two on back of door and travelers consider bringing hanging toiletry bags.
Front yard needs a little love but house itself seems to be in great shape. We loved having washer and dryer but found the space where that is kept needing a little more discreetness/separation from maintenance supplies.
The location is fabulous—quick walk to downtown. Darling neighborhood. We got a discount on a pontoon boat using link in Vrbo confirmation email.

House was clean, neighborhood was great, within walking distance to downtown. Upstairs was a little warm the first night but we were able to get it cooled down for the remainder of the stay. Would stay here again when we come back to Coeur d’Alene if it is available.

Enjoyed our stay in Coeur D’Alene, visiting with friends, relaxing on the lake and visiting local amusement parks.
Place was clean, well AC and close to shopping, restaurants and the lake.

The house was in a great location, and the parking with a large boat. The neighbors were great! The primary bedroom was a little odd as you only had about a foot between the wall and the foot of the king size bed to get to the other side of it and the bathroom. Very nice shower. The living space on the main floor was nice open concept space. We enjoyed our stay.

We had family, friends, and our pet stay with us at the house. It had a great layout for our crew, and we enjoyed hanging out in the living room and kitchen area. The location was perfect and was a few blocks from Sherman Ave. If you're a yogi, there's a yoga studio across the street. The playground, splash park, and library were super close for our kiddos.
The customer service team was superb! They responded professionally and quickly!
The house has been remolded and has had a few upgrades, but like any older homes in CDA there were a few quirky things about the house. The stairs are steep leading up to the attic. The basement level room had a bathroom but the separating wall doesn't go all the way to the ceiling.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously, and we would totally stay here again!

The kitchen was well stocked, the living room furniture was comfortable and you can walk everywhere. The only downside is the bedroom with the king bed was very hard and the room is so small we could barely squeeze around the bed and we aren’t big people. We didn’t sleep in the other guest rooms.

We had THE BEST time this week at the Garden Avenue Getaway. After a five hour drive, we very much appreciated walking into a nice, clean house. The last couple of places we’ve stayed were not very clean and great care was taken with this one. The management company was quick to respond with any questions. The house had anything any renter could need from a variety of dishes, pots and pans, extra cozy blankets and bath towels, clean crisp sheets… You never really know what’s available so we usually bring everything including our own kitchen knife, laundry detergent, toiletries, beach towels, beach chairs & we didn’t need any of it - this house had it all. They even had aluminum foil, some ziplocks, and Tupperware for keeping leftovers in the fridge. The location was perfect - easy walk to downtown and several nearby beautiful parks. It was far enough away from downtown that it was quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Our kids each had their own room and were in heaven bc they currently still share at home. There was a also fenced in area for our dog. Quick drive to Silverwood one day, rented a pontoon on Lake Coeur d’Alene another, did some day hikes, ran along the bike path, and we chilled on a couple of the fantastic beaches - paddle boarding and bike rentals are all close by. We didn’t get a chance to make use of the grill since we were on the go most of the time, but all of the outdoor furniture looked new. Would highly recommend staying at this house if you are thinking of taking a trip to CDA. We are already talking about our next adventure there and will definitely stay there again. Thanks for making our stay so amazing!

This house was perfect for our two families and our dogs! The best part it was close to downtown which we loved! We look forward to a future trip:)
Just FYI- there were some issues with left bottom burner it wouldn’t turn off at one point. And the power did go out twice at one point. Otherwise it was great!
