We focused on having a 5 star guest experience in the bedroom first by choosing hotel quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows. I am kind of a nerd and read reviews on mattresses so you could have a great nights rest. I then proceeded to hire an interior decorator for the home. We added a 5 burner gas grill in the kitchen, Quartz backsplash, built-in Kitchen-Aid appliances, Quartz countertops, & much more. The backyard is the highlight of the home. Everything from the 8 seater table/fireplace set, to the 12 person picnic table, to the low voltage lighting, to the hot tub, to the pebble-tec pool, to the ping pong table will make this home a family hit. We added the little things like having board games in the family room like poker, chess, cards against humanity and a PS3 for the kids. Every TV has Cable access and outside we have a bar & TV outside for outdoor lounging. The home features little things like having lamps that have power outlets in them or putting in USB outlets above the nightstands. The home has a bidet (which is amazing if you have never used one before). When you walk in the front entrance, the LED light automatically turns on. I think details matter and I try my best to pay attention to them. I pride myself in being a good host and helping you feel like your at "home" when your on vacation.
