This is my 1 bed apartment that backs on to the main house, private access, private yard and private parking. It has - New windows. - Walk-in shower. - An extra room that I used as my design studio. - A California King bed. - A full closet. - Live edge counters and worktops created from two trees removed from the main house. Enjoy fresh Kale and tomatoes on your doorstep - Internet - Cable - Netflix, Disney, ESPN Through your private yard you can get to the Brutalist brewing company that serves some great craft beers and has a wonderful beer garden, or enjoy your own yard with a fire pit and a hammock. This is a quiet neighborhood. Access to I-275 is 3 minutes drive. Downtown St Pete is a 3 minute drive. - NO PETS

The place is very spacious, clean and modern/artsy for a single or couple traveler. The king size bed is very comfortable. It has the essentials you need. I love that it has a separate workspace. The owner/property manager were quick to answer my questions and very accommodating. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.
