Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. An attractive house. Spacious and attractively furnished. Kitchen was convenient and user-friendly. A short trip to downtown Warren or Sugarbush ski area.

We were so impressed by Dragonfly Pond!!! The photos don’t do the place justice. It’s gorgeous. The perfect getaway for our family.

Everything was great. Only problem was the coffee pot is not the original to the coffee maker and does not fit. This causes the coffee maker to over flow and spill out onto the counter

We rented this home due to it had easy access with a bedroom on the 1st floor for my elderly mother. When we arrived the front yards grass was so tall it was like a hayfield, which made it difficult to walk on to get her to the front door. The coffee maker was full of grounds spilled throughout the maker and mold in the coffee pot. We also noticed that some of the dishes were not clean/washed. We also found hairs on our sheets when we turned down the beds. This is not what is expectd when you spend that much money to stay.

The space! We utilized this for business purposes. Each of the guys had their own rooms/bathrooms and their own space. So much more affordable than rooms at a hotel. Thank you!

We had a really wonderful time at Dragonfly Pond. Pictures and description are very accurate. Beautiful location, surrounded by nature. House is very clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. We enjoyed sitting at the porch during our breakfast, and making fire next to the pond in the evening. It was a perfect getaway from the city and we would definitely come back.

Beautiful location and house was clean and comfortable. Very pretty yard- a little hard to enjoy with the overgrown grass unfortunately. In need of a little landscape work. Quiet spot with beautiful view. Would recommend
