The blue hues and accents throughout the house are sure to give off a calming and relaxing vibe. Walking into this beautiful home you are greeted with the bonus room and a huge flat-screen TV. There is a king bedroom with a private bath, the garage is where all the fun and amusement are, and the ping pong table and basketball arcade game are a blast for the kids and the adults. An additional refrigerator is available here as well. You can take either the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where all the family time will occur. After the initial “WOW” of the well-equipped and beautifully designed kitchen, you'll be sure to be amazed by the open concept of the dining room and living room. Whether it’s a movie night or a big sports game the flat-screen TV in the living room will be sure to accommodate you. Need some fresh air? You can either go out to the open deck or screened-in porch. The beautiful master suite on the second floor has a gorgeous king bed with plenty of natural lighting from the many windows. The master bathroom offers a double vanity uniquely designed large marble and glass shower. Upon arrival, to the third level you are welcomed to another sitting area complete with a couch and large TV. The remaining guest rooms are also on this level. The guest room with a King bed shares another spacious bathroom that connects with the guest room offering a twin over twin bunk as well as a single twin bed. Across the sitting area, you will find the two additional guest rooms both furnished with a queen bed and access to a hall bath. The completely fenced and private pool (which can be heated or cooled for an additional fee) is your oasis to enjoy! The convenient wet bar is located outside under a covered patio with easy access to a restroom. If enjoying a hot tub is of interest there is one for you to enjoy as well. The nonrefundable pet fee is $200 per dog with a maximum of 2.
