This 1 acre property, 5,500 SqFt home has a pool/heated spa, steam room, golf cart, pool table, and more available for your enjoyment. 4 beautiful bedrooms with full bathrooms for everyone’s privacy and an extra1/2. Full office, family room, living room 3 car garage, and outdoor bar. The kitchen has all high end appliances and cabinetry. The kitchen is full loaded with everything you’ll need to prepare a gourmet meal or bake like a top pastry chef. The outside bar has a built in bbq grill as well. A good choice for a cook or baker. But did I mention golf… Sandhill crane golf course is directly across from the neighborhood. Abacoa and North Palm are within 25 minute drive. The range here at Bayhill Estates is available for use as are lessons from pros. PBG, WPB and Jupiter offer a wonderful array of food, entertainment, sports, night life and beach life. Dogs are welcome no weight limit. Gated community. 4 month minimum. Must apply through HOA for prior approval to rent.

Nice Condo at PGA
Condo is in a nice community at PGA. Condo was well stocked with all essentials to make the stay great. Good communication with Patti. I would rent again

The condo was well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Beds were comfy, sheets and bed covers nice, pillows were very good, and location was perfect.

PGA Visit
We really enjoyed our time in this property. The patio was lovely, although the weather did not cooperate, so we were not able to use it as much as we had hoped! The pool was lovely and heated, and very accessible from the town house. Patti, the owner, was responsive.

Beautiful home
This was by far the best rental my family and I have had. Patti was great, she was very helpful and her response was very quick. The home was in wonderful condition and very clean, exactly as it was shown on the listing.

Almost Impossible to beat!!!
This property was great. Everything was well maintained, very clean, up to date but still cozy. Beds were all very comfortable. All appliances were in good shape and worked properly. We used the washer and dryer daily since we were washing uniforms every night. WiFi & Cable worked perfect. Location was also key. Almost anything we needed was close by. Some may say the guard gates were a nuisance but in the long run the property felt very safe and secure.

The condo is in a great location - pool, tennis and basketball courts all within walking distance. Grocery store a short drive. Very quiet neighborhood. Patti is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I so enjoyed my stay at this lovely, quiet and well appointed townhome --- conveniently located near the golf courses, shops at PGA National, grocery stores, pharmacy and my gym. The home is vey well laid out --- the beds were comfortable with ceiling fans overhead, fully stocked kitchen and a sitting room with a fantastic sectional and flat screen TV. Clean and spacious. The front patio was especially wonderful -- from sipping coffee, sunning to grilling out in the evenings. There is a pool that is just a short walk too. Patti was very easy to communicate with - quick to respond and very accommodating. I could've stayed longer!! Highly reco!

Great place for the snowbirds!
Great place for the snowbirds! My husband and I stayed there this past winter. Great landlord. Clean place. Enjoyed it very much. Would highly recommend it!

Our two month stay!!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful townhouse. The owner were very helpful. We had some trouble with the television and the next day new one was delivered and set up for us.
The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you would need.
One of the things we really enjoyed was just walking across the street and watching the Honda Classic.
I look forward to staying in this great townhouse in the near future and would highly recommend this one to anyone.

Nice property-very comfortable!
Very comfortable property in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of linens and everything you might need in the kitchen (including a Keurig, which is very helpful!) The beds and couches are very comfortable as well. I would have given this 5 stars, but it does not really have a 3 bedroom. It does sleep 8, but the 3rd "bedroom" is really part of the living room that is not separate or closed off. Our group had 3 siblings and 1 daughter, so it was a little tough trying to make this work for our situation and the listing is misleading saying it is a 3 bedroom. That being said, if your group works with the size, it is a very nice place to stay and I would stay there again.
