VACA-22-217 This Home is a Saturday to Saturday booking only, even if your dates show as available you must have the agent's approval to book other dates. Home has a max of eight people at any time, no matter age or size. This home is the perfect Florida Keys get-away; it truly lives up to its name FIsherman's Retreat!! A 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Waterfront home with a private jacuzzi, 75 ft of dockage, a ladder, a fish cleaning table, and propane grill, freshwater hose access, bait freezer, and Yes!!! You can have two boats on the dock, ( up 35 ft and a 20 ft allowed) parking for both included and covered parking for two full-size trucks. When you go inside you will enter the guest bedroom that has a twin bed, a fully stocked kitchen(condiments not included) with an island for extra counter space, stainless steel appliances, and flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, and living room. You will enjoy the beautiful views from the screened-in balcony, which is overlooking the canal and dock. Home includes cable, wifi, linens, towels, starter kit of toiletries, washer, and dryer in the unit. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bath. The other guest bedroom has a full and twin bunk bed. Fisherman's Retreat has all your home accommodations and comfort so that you can feel right at home. This will be your home away from home!! Please note This home is a Saturday to Saturday Booking only and is not pet friendly. (Owner is Severely Allergic) For Security, Purposes the property has outside Security Cameras. Noise Ordinance from 9pm to 9 am (Quite Time) You must be 25 and older to book and must be present for the duration of the reservation. This Property is on MM52 Max Occupancy at any time can not be surpassed You will be emailed a Guest confirmation with our terms and conditions that you will need to e-sign to be able to stay at our home A starter kit of toiletries is provided only, guests must provide for themselves for the remainder of their stay. Spices are not provided Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken. If you have any questions please feel free to message or call. ***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. After paying for the rental in completion is was brought to light there would be a cost with turning on the hot tub (to have hot water). Although listed as an amenity for the home, the charge of heating the hot tub was $56! Also, the property manager instructed per written check in instructions, if the LP tank on grill is empty upon arrival just got to Publix or Winn Dixie and fill it up at either to fix. THIS is not a fix, this is the renter having to make situation right after renting home. If items are listed as amenities; I'm confused how there is a charge for the renter? I would believe the costs associated with the rental include these costs already. Continuing to charge after rental is paid in full is bad practice and a great way to never get repeat business. BTW I reached out to property manager Jessica on both items before arrival and only grill was remedied. NOW I KNOW Thanks again Jessica House was moderately clean upon arrival, looked like floors were left un done. I informed management upon arrival as well. Won't rent again with this property management group. D. Alonzi
