Brand new trailer. It's really nice, and comfortable. I buy new accessories for it monthly. I have a folding table, an outdoor carpet, camp stove, mini propane grill, mini charcoal grill, Propane tree with hoses to run accessories. The water heater is either electric or proane. This unit has a furnace, but so far I've found the electric fireplace heats the unit nicely. I have a sewage tote ready to go, and a drinking water tote as well Incase you need a refill. There is a 40" lcd tv available if you need it for a rainy day. I've been out in the trailer twice so far, and everything works great.
