"Helm's Deep" is our trailers name. It is a delightful trailer that has a lot of happy memories. We have taken in to Florida and back and all over northern Colorado, from the beach to above timberline it works great.. We have a big family and we love getting out with it. It has 2 bunk beds that hold 2 kids each. The table folds into a bed and one adult fold down main bed. The outside shower is helpful after a fun day playing outside. It is useful all the time and especially when fire restrictions are in place the outside grill/sink is so convenient. We provide an e2 anti-sway bar. 2 hoses-one fresh water and one for flushing the black water tank. Sewer hose, 30 amp cord, in-line water filter 2 chocks for the wheels, and leveling blocks. 2- 20lb propane tanks. Silverware is included, a few pots and pans, as well as cups and bowls and plates. Led lighting for efficient battery use. It has an awning and outdoor lighting on the entrance side. We will do a tour of the trailer and a run through of how all the things work. Towels and wash rags are included. If requested, we have sheets too. We also have a Polaroid camera for you to use. If you want to leave one for us to add to the journeys that have happened so far that would be wonderful as well.
