This apartment is one of two in a ranch duplex (other apartment also a furnished short term rental) The interior has just been remodeled and is furnished to be comfortable for any length of stay. You will have access to your private apartment, 2 parking spaces directly in front of it, and outdoor trash bins should you need them. Though parking spots are dedicated private spots, they are also outdoor spots and streetside. Although this apartment has been setup for easy access and self check-in by way of a smart lock, either a cohost or I will be available if needed! This neighborhood is one of small single family homes (and a few duplexes) rental neighborhood.
