We can't wait to be your host at our trailside cottage. Just 2 blocks off historic downtown Rogers and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, antique stores, hiking/mountain biking trails and the farmer's market. Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way. The cottage has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely. A place were you can kick your feet up and just chill. 600 square feet new construction efficiently designed to maximize comfort. There is a private outdoor patio with a gas gril that opens up to Rogers city bike trails. This area of northwest Arkansas is absolutely beautiful with so much to offer. Here are a few things close by -Downtown rogers, & farmers market..2 blocks -Lake Atalanta ..1 mile -On Railyard Loop Bike Trail.. 5 steps -Beaver Lake...4.8 miles (prairie creek marina) -Walmart Amp...6 miles -War Eagle Mill & Hobbs State park....14 miles -Bentonville square & crystal bridges museum....7.5 miles -Fayetteville, AR....20 miles -Eureka Springs, AR...35 miles Other Things to Note: Small dogs welcome BUT must be pre-approved and confirmed when booked. A separate invoice will be sent after booking for a $50 pet fee per dog. Guests will be responsible for all damages. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Dogs are not to be left alone unless crated. Dogs must be picked up after in the yard or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Unauthorized dog/animal will result in a $400 fine. Smart TV available to connect to any of your subscriptions, Youtube TV available in the living room, but no traditional cable or satellite. Second bedroom closet used as owners closet and not available to guests, but there are hanging hooks, a couple of drawers and luggage racks available in that bedroom

Great location. Lots to see in the area, and can be accessed by walking. The space was clean, and nicely decorated. Hosts were responsive to communications, and very accommodating.

A friend and I stayed at the cottage while visiting NWA. Everything was nice and clean, with several nice homey touches. We were completely satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Details, details, details – Greg and Beth nailed them all. Not only is this a great location and great space that is beautifully decorated, but they also went above and beyond with all the details: USB lamps in every room, a sound machine, an oscillating fan, great bed pillows, coffee AND tea, a detailed welcome book, a bicycle, and all the little touches that make you feel at home. Then there’s the heated toilet seat! I had no idea I needed one until our stay here. Thank you, Greg and Beth. Whenever we’re in Rogers, we’ll be back!

This place was perfect. My wife and I had never been to AR before. We are cyclist. We did several rides from this location. We rode in Bentonville and Rogers and we liked Rogers better. You could easily walk to downtown and all of the restaurants. We will be coming back next year. I would highly recommend this getaway.

Clean and safe property that is in a convenient location to everything we wanted to do while in Rogers. Our hosts were very accommodating. Nothing at all bad to say about our experience renting from Greg and Beth. Will absolutely be in touch with them again when we return to the area!

Our family was able to stay a couple nights while in town for a couple concerts, This 2 bedroom was wonderful very clean, organized, roomy, very easy to come and go, great parking, it has everything needed for a family! The host make you feel very welcomed and great instruction when checking and checking out. We plan to visit again very soon.

Excellent location, clean and well equipped. We visited Rogers to enjoy the wonderful biking opportunities of NWA. Our son and his friend love riding at the Railyard a short ride on the bike path. The home is close to the restaurants and shops in downtown Rogers. We also visited the Coler Mountain bike reserve and the Crystal Bridges museum approx. 20-30min. drive in Bentonville, highly recommend. The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We cooked several meals in the home’s well-equipped kitchen. There were spices and other things for cooking which is nice not have to buy at the grocery store. There are board games and smart TVs. All items we needed were in the home, and what food/snacks we needed were easy to get with a small grocery a few blocks away. The beds were comfortable and so was the rest of the home. We would stay again, it was the perfect place for our visit.

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Very clean with everything we needed. Great location, host responded to my request to check in early within minutes. Very clean 'smart' home that was great for two adults, a teen, and a 1 year old. Lots of boutiques and places to eat nearby and a gas station within walking distance.

We came into town for our daughters surprise engagement. This little cottage is very nice!! You are on the bike trail! And close to anything you want to do in town!!! It’s extremely quiet and well insulated for its location!! We will be back to stay on out next trip to Arkansas!!!

Space is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed! Anything you may want to checkout (coffee, sandwich, bakery, brewery, etc) is a quick bike ride away, Hosts are responsive and lovely. Would have loved to stay longer…

House was as advertised. Nice furnished and clean. Two bedrooms that accommodated a family of five. Literally on the bike path to ride downtown Rogers and connect to other paths & trails. Very well priced as well. Great stay!

My family (and our pup!) enjoyed our stay in this chic little rental. It’s located conveniently between Bentonville and Fayetteville making exploration of the region a breeze. The owners were very responsive to any and all concerns and we would definitely stay again!

We were two couples staying for Bikes, Blues & BBQ weekend, and it couldn't have been more perfect! Check-in instructions made it a breeze, the host reached out within a few minutes sof our arrival to make sure things were ok (they were!). We could walk downtown if we wanted to, Casey's and Harp's were close by for anything we forgot to bring. The neighborhood is super close to a main road but we didn't have any issues with noise or "busyness." Neighborhood is safe and clean, hosts are incredibly responsive, beds are comfortable, shower is hot, and we had everything we needed to grill a steak dinner for one of the nights.
Highly, highly recommend this host and this property - we hope to be back next year!

This was a great property. Extremely clean and so convenient to walking/bike trail where we visited breweries and restaurants. We felt very safe in the area. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.
