The living room boasts two comfortable couches, a decorative fireplace, and a half bathroom. Around the corner, you'll find a wet bar and impressive casement windows overlooking the backyard and patio. As you ascend the stairs, you'll be greeted by three separate bedrooms, providing ample space for kids or adults. The kitchen, located on the first level to the right of the stairs, is fully equipped with various pots, pans, utensils, and cooking necessities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a door leading to the outdoor amenities, including a fire pit, comfortable seating, and a BBQ grill, inviting you to sit back and enjoy the natural beauty of your surroundings. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
