Freshly remodeled home five minutes from College of Idaho, I-84 and walking distance to family YMCA / Brother's park. Twenty minutes from Sunnyslope wine country or City of Nampa. Ten minutes from downtown Caldwell with coffee/ice cream/yogurt shops and skating rink, steak house, etc. We strive to make our home a home you will not want to leave! You can relax knowing we have prepared the home for your arrival. Your privacy matters. However, if you need us we are available by phone/text anytime! LONGER stays optional up to 6-months --Property-- Beautifully appointed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Bedroom #1 - Large bedroom/bathroom suite - king bed, bedroom #2 - queen bed, bedroom #3 - two twin beds, additional sleeping: Pack 'n Play. --Indoor living-- Two smart TV's (one in master and one in living room), Large family dining table (seating for eight), Ceiling fans in master and liv room. --Outdoor living-- Fully fenced backyard, patio w/ outdoor seating. --Kitchen-- Stainless steel appliances, pans, dishware/flatware, dishwasher, stove, toaster, coffee maker, blender, basic spices, garbage disposal. --General-- Linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, laundry supplies, --Amenities-- Free WIFI - Washer/dryer - Central A/C & Heat - Two ceiling fans/portable fan - Extra garage fridge. --Policies-- NO SMOKING NO PETS NO PARTIES MUST BE 25 years old to book

We had a great time while in town for C of I football game. Close to campus but a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and just as it was described. I will look to stay here again for my next visit to Caldwell. Thanks for a great stay.

Flew in from Indiana, visited with family for a week, home is centrally located in Caldwell, very clean, well appointed, home has extras included we didn't know about, such as high chair and other infant items. Always felt safe, quiet neighborhood, well decorated and furnished home. highly recommend.

This was our first stay at this house and we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the house was very lovely inside and out. We really appreciated the Keurig coffee maker, not many rentals have them. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Caldwell.

This home has everything you could possibly need for traveling to a new city. We had two families stay there and there was plenty of room in the living room/ kitchen area for all of us to sit and gather. It was nice being able to arrive and not have to go and purchase extra items just to stay a few days. The only items that we purchased was our food. The beds are comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. Our first impression as we walked through the front door was, "WOW š². This is a beautiful home that feels so homey!"

Quiet neighborhood and a very clean house with a nice fenced in backyard. We were in town for a wedding and it was exactly the right place. I would recommend this home to anyone.

This was a great stay. Weāve stayed at many VRBOās, I messed up and got my days wrong and we showed up a day early and later in the evening. I called to see if there was any way we could get in. They busted their tails and got the home cleaned and had us in the home that night! The house was perfectly located for us and our week. I canāt say enough good about our experience and this home. Thank you thank you!!!

We enjoyed our short stay. Place is spacious and lean and has all the necessary things in bathrooms n kitchen. Itās a calm neighborhood. I recommend it highly.

This house was perfect for our family! Super clean and had just about everything we needed. The only things I would add would be maybe some extra blankets for the queen and twin beds and maybe some pillows with different firmness for the main bedroom. Overall a very nice stay.

The house was exactly as described and was perfect our time in Idaho. All of us kept commenting how perfect it was for our needs of dealing with family business. The property manager was prompt in replying. I wish all VRBO properties were as accurately described as this one. Thank you for making our trip very pleasant.

The property was great. Clean and cozy. Spacious backyard which was great for our toddler to burn some energy. The rooms were a great size and the beds were comfortable. It definitely felt like a home away from home.
Kitchen was stocked with some basics which was really nice. It was chilly and the apple cider k cups were a welcome treat.
Rules were reasonable and not out of touch at all.
Overall great stay, would definitely recommend for anyone heading to the area.

House has been remodeled and is very clean. There are plenty of towels available. Large capacity washer and dryer work amazing. Very comfortable home. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. We did not cook much but kitchen was very nicely stocked with cooking items.
Air conditioning works great! Carpets are clean and new! Guest, treat this home as your own and we can all continue enjoying this beautiful home.

This home lives up to all the gorgeous pictures. Got a call from my niece who is a freshman at the College of Idaho, and she was homesick. Decided to make the trip to visit for the weekend. The home was welcoming from the moment that we pulled into the driveway. The lights were left on and it felt like home from the time that we arrived. The home was meticulously clean, and every piece of furniture was comfy. From the darling chairs in the living room to the beds that provided a great nights sleep. I feel very fortunate that this home was available for my last minute trip, it is a gem that I would love to get to go back to.
