Our property is conveniently located just 7 minutes away from some of Florida's most heavenly beaches, allowing you to recharge your soul with the sun, sand, and waves. And with the airport just 5 minutes away, getting to and from our property is a breeze. In addition, we're surrounded by a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. IMPORTANT TO KNOW -Access to the FRONT unit only, we do have a backyard/ patio, however we are not advertising it for now and will not be accessible during your stay. It's a duplex and each property is fully independent. - We DO NOT allow access to our side patio. The side door by the kitchen will be locked at all times. -2 Parking spots for parallel parking in front of the property. - We have a tenant that resides in the back unit.
