We had a wonderful weeklong stay at the cabin. It was nice and clean. It’s great location allowed us to go to Acadia and Portland as day trips. We enjoyed a number of trips on the lake in kayaks. We listened to the loons and saw Eagles every day. Town is quite close for groceries and pizza. Eva was very easy to work with, and very accommodating when I asked about it bringing an extra dog at the last minute. Thank you for a great week!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your charming home. We had a wonderful time and our French Bulldog Koda enjoyed standing on the dock and looking for fish in the lake most of all!
A wonderful way to close out the last week of summer, we were sad to leave

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the lake. With a 1-year-old and dog it is never easy, but we were able to find plenty of activities to do in the area and the house was perfect for our stay. It located just down the street from all the restaurants and shops you could need but hidden away so you would never know they were so close.

Three generations of us stayed at this lovely cabin that overlooks a lake and has its own dock and sitting area by the water, a fire pit, barbecue and modern kitchen. We saw loons feeding one morning and great sunsets every evening. It's a remote feeling spot but close to groceries and other shopping and only 30 min from Portland restaurants. The beds were comfy and showers hot! Loved it!

We truly enjoyed our week long stay in Eva’s home. It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We spent most of our time on the patio or down on the dock watching and listening to the loons. We brought our own boat and it was so perfect to have a nice new dock to tie up to and go out on the water whenever we wanted. We enjoyed the kayaks and my daughter and I enjoyed relaxing in the hammock at the end of the day. The house is close enough to stores and things to do but far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle. We had plenty of space for 5 family members and had no problem with only one bathroom. We barely needed to bring a thing as the house is fully stocked! We loved the big dining table inside for playing games. Our favorite part was the sunsets. Thank you Eva for a wonderful, relaxing week with family!!

Everything at the cottage was awesome. The location, house, docks, outdoor space and water toys were great. Plenty of warm, welcoming home like space for 8-10 ppl.
House was supplied with just about everything you could need. Host was amazing and great to work with. Only slight challenge was having the one bathroom, but we made it work just fine with 7ppl.
Thanks Eva for everything.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this "gem" of a cabin on Little Sebago Lake. From fishing, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, and watching the wildlife, we did it all! It was a special spot to unwind and watch the sunrise and sunsets. It was amazing to watch the storms roll in as well, on the few days we got rain. The owners were very helpful, especially with providing us with information needed to get the required Lake and River Protection sticker required for nonresident boat owners. (If you plan on bringing your own boat from another State, make sure to go online to Maine.gov to order it before your vacation or you can purchase at select IFW agents.) Also, we had plenty of space in the driveway at the cabin for the truck and boat trailer plus our friends car.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful spot with us!

We had a wonderful vacation at the lake cabin. It was everything advertised and more. Location was perfect and the lake was relatively quiet. We paddled on the kayaks and fished off the dock. And when the sun got hot, we just floated all day. The cabin was very comfortable and the outdoor patio was recently done over. Overall great place to stay if your looking for some peace and quiet and relaxation.

What a wonderful vacation we had on Little Sebago. We had not been to Maine in some time and chose this location due to its proximity to Portland. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we never left. We spent the morning kayaking, afternoons in the lake and enjoyed beautiful sunsets and swims in the evening. Eva was also so responsive when we had a few questions which was so great. You will truly enjoy yourself at this fantastic home.
