Poor

Convenient location and friendly staff.

I was very cold at night. Not enough bedding. Beds too hard. Bathroom ceiling was moldy.

Uncomfortable

Nothing, just pick a nice place for the same price.

They’re trying to be something which they aren’t. Not very clean, desolate impression, slow service, no hot water. It seems pretty new, but already has an abandoned feel. you can get much better for the same price!

Perfect location, comfortable hotel & friendly staff!

- Rooms were spacious, clean & the bed was extremely comfortable - Staff were very friendly - allowed us to leave bags after check out and helped organise tours at last minute - Locations perfect - right in the centre of the town next to the plaza - Breakfast had good choices and fresh

we choose this hotel because they have a swimmingpool, but that was a laugh… as it is really really small… you cannot swim in it..

The location and the price are definitely great. The hotel rooms are basic however if you are staying just for an overnight the hotel is more than fine.

The breakfast buffet is quiet basic and the AC was a bit noisy

the Wi-Fi was bad! the cleaning was bad for the bed cover! the staff at night was no good for resolve situations! the pool was bad.

Excellent choice for central Salta

It was my third and fourth stay at this hotel and in my opinion it gives the best value for money for a central Salta. It is one block from Plaze 9 de Julio and even has an onsite parking (limited capacity).

Superb

The hotel is clean, the staff are amazing and the location is excellent! I would stay there again whenever I´m back to Salta!

The Wi-fi is horrible, it doens´t work! Very poor connection! I prefered to use the internet of my phone instead! Awful connection!

Little over priced for what it offers but great deal anyway

Staff was in good humor and helpful (although not very responsive over the chat prior to checkin). Location is amazing, 1 block away from the main city square where you find the church and museums. Room are great in size, shower was nice and we could park our car at the hotel premises. I would recommend and stay here again.

Breakfast was a bit poor on variety (staff said it was because some of the food had ended already, but it was 7AM when I went for breakfast). Flush was malfuncting (after flushing it would not fill the "water tank".

Not a good value for money, beds not comfortable, hotel could be better maintained

the location and the staff

mattresses are too soft, old, not firm, we didn’t sleep well and had a backache the day after. the swimming pool is really smaller than it seems on the pictures. The room and the building in general look like not well maintained, old, there is moisture on the walls, humidity in the room. breakfast is ok but could be well better.

the room needs some care, like walls have no pictures or decorations.

I had booked the hotel through booking.com and was supposed to be charged $135 for 2 nights. When I checked out they charged me $141.30. Very disappointed.
