The photos are very outdated. The place was closed for 3 years due to covid and only reopened within the last month.. and you can tell! While proximity to the beach is a positive, the surrounding area is pretty bleak.. the place looks abandoned. Also, overpriced for Hoi An. For less than €10 more a night we moved to a gorgeous hotel with pool and breakfast included. Stayed 1 of the 4 nights we originally booked..

It was a nice family run villa, close to the beach away from the busy town of Hoi An. It had a large room with king bed and private bath.

Nice location clean value for money rooms and they can help you with booking trips ,buses motor bike hire and anything else you may need ...lovely family and I would return again
