Amazing location, 5 mins to the ferry. Skiathos has great shops and places to eat and drink. But still retains its charm. We stayed there twice in the standard room and the room with balcony. The room with balcony was slightly bigger but both had decent bathrooms (great showers) and good air conditioning. We were cheerfully met and given our keys.

Dimitrius on reception was really helpful, funny and charming, he is a credit to the hotel. thank goodness he helped with the bags! he also sorted out our taxi very efficiently

Close to town and ferry point. Receptionist carried our cases up & down all the steps, 2 cases at a time. Room well equipped.

unfortunately although very easy to find when you know where it is, it’s sign is not obvious when walking up the road, the sign is small and on a wall quite high up on the left hand side pointing to alley to hotel. Quite a lot of steps to get to front door and then steps up to reception. More steps to room. Bathroom a bit small.

It has everything you need in the room and is in a great location.

There are narrow stairs you have to walk up so if you have a lot of luggage, it is more difficult to get to your room.

The room is well represented. My stay was perfect. The hosts are the nicest hosts you'll ever meet. They went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I want to go back someday just to see them again. The bed was very comfortable, the WiFi was very strong, and the TV is a newer smart TV so it is possible to connect to your Netflix and YouTube accounts so you can view that on the TV. For me this is a very big bonus and one that is hard to find. The kitchen was adequate and I made good use of it. There is a very, very nice balcony which I would love to have been able to make use of to sit and eat breakfast or have an afternoon tea but unfortunately with the weather I had I couldn't. The location is very good and in just around the corner is even a small grocery store so it was very convenient. Anyone going here I assume would have their own transportation and where most of the restaurants and shops are is only about 2 minutes away but by foot it is a good 10 minute walk. That is not a bad thing and you can walk along the beach if you prefer that to the street but note that it is not right where all the shops are. There are some comments about the electricity. This is not a valid complaint. It is only natural that when you leave you turn everything off before doing so. In this case, just like almost everyplace I have stayed thoughout Greece, the work is done automatically for you. And just a note, the refrigerator does remain on even when you are out of the room. What I really like is that the owners are environmentally concious. The place even makes use of solar panels. The hot water was always very hot and plentiful. Although I do admit it would be really nice if one power outlet would remain active so devices can be charged even when not present (but I do travel with an external power pack so it was not an issue for me).

There was nothing I did not like about this property or the hosts. All was excellent.

Excellent location, really central within Skiathos Town and only ~10 mins by Taxi from the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities very clean and well-looked after. Would certainly stay here again in Skiathos. Thanks for a great holiday!
