Heating system was not working.
Then it was fixed.
But same problem was coming next day.
So the staff brought me movable heater.
Unfortunately control swich between beds
was broken. I was not happy during stay.

Great location as a hub for exploring the Blue Mountains! Easy check-in and out, good parking options.

One night, room in the attic.
Generally well appointed.
Restaurant options for dinner were limited. Expensive fine dining or very a limited choice from a cafe style burger menu...this needs to be reviewed.
Reception was efficient and friendly.

Stay was amazing and very convenient, great facilities cleanliness and very good and friendly staff

great location (right next to the Echo Point lookout), classy Victorian interiors, with good restaurants around. We got a twin bedroom, which was really spacious and could fit our family (2 adults, 2 kids) comfortably. Their gym is super dated (at least by a couple of decades) but overall, love the place, and would certainly visit again.

Lilianfels is a lovely comfortable place to stay with generous size outdoor and indoor pools. Pleasant decor and good service. But the big disappointment is lack of mountain views from lounge, pool etc. Unless you are prepared to pay a hefty premium for a room with a view, you have to leave the property to see the mountains and valleys. Despite it being near the cliff edge, there's a minor road separating the property from the escarpment and unfortunately the owners have chose to grow a high hedge on the boundary blocking the view, thus prioritising privacy over views. I'd rather have the spectacular view. Second problem is that the armchairs and sofas in the lounge and reading room are worn and you sink into them and are therefore uncomfortable. New seat, firm seat cushions are needed. Given the premium price for the property, it gets a "b" not an "a".

This place is beautiful and immaculate. We were so happy to find it.

It was nice to see a former home of "importance" conserved yet also improved for new generations. Staff was so courteous and helpful. I wish i spent more time there but my travels took me elsewhere quickly.

Besides the property and amenities being totally amazing, the staff here were by far the most accommodating that I have ever experienced!!! No matter what, they were always happy to assist! I cannot thank them all for an amazing experience, and, I cannot wait to go back!

Great hotel for an indulgent stay. Room spacious and good heating and aircon. Good TV. Lounge casual dining really good- didn’t try the more formal options. Good indoor pool and other facilities

It was for a birthday day out.

I liked the big pool table and the pool

Breakfast was a bit ordinary for a 5 star resort. Not enough staff, had to chase people for coffee.

It is a beautiful accomodation and staffs are very friendly. We have enjoyed our stay. The only comment I have is, it is over priced.

The tranquillity of the place was divine. Indoor and outdoor pools both heated and clean. Room was clean and nice, however bed was uncomfortable. I guess if you like a super soft mattress that offers no support or comfort then you will love it. Finally snack menu had great variety of delicious foods, it was very pricey.
OMG duck spring rolls were tasty and worth $25!

We loved the room so spacious. We had a lovely lunch in the lounge area, the service was great and food was delicious.
I found a piece of stringy piece of cloth in my mushrooms at breakfast shown to the chef who delivered my omelete, they said sorry.
Some was staying in a room two doors from us and the hallway stank of smoking cigarettes.. let front desk know but the smell was still there the next morning.
Our bathroom sink had a lots of chips in the enamel.

Enjoyed our short stay, will stay again next but a bit longer

My only constructive feedback would be around their beds and pillows. They are average. And in a property this beautiful, they really need to be luxurious. It’s the only thing that didn’t make this stay 5 stars. A shame really because everything else is beautiful.

Classy upmarket hotel with attentive staff. However we lost a day after my partner was off colour after an under cooked duck meal at the expensive restaurant. As was the case with another guest we spoke with.
Some gesture /discount would have been appreciated after reporting the matter to numerous staff members.

Mini bar was empty one not cold time we stopped using Covid to not stock mini bars full stop and this property is not the only one doing this , bar selections was limited needs to move into the modern trends but overall excellent stay

Wonderful spa treatments and Cody, welcoming atmosphere.

Property has seen better days. Main challenge was a noticeable shortage of staff in the evenings. They were clearly run off their feet. Enjoyable and nice and great base for the surrounding attractions. Restaurant also not incredible but nice enough.

It is such a dream place

The hotel is expensive enough not to need a credit card surcharge and to have unlimited free Wifi for guests. Clearly the accountants run the show!

Beautiful Hotel in an amazing location with short walks to stunning views

Nice hotel, gone a bit downhill.
Overpriced and a bit run down (cheap taps, low water pressure, nothing in the minibar except 2 bottles of water?)

Beautiful hotel but pricey and food was VERY expensive.

Beautiful property most staff were amazing except the restaurant manager was rude didn’t even greet me. The waitress though was lovely and polite but the rude manager was treating her horribly infront of all the dinner guest which was disturbing my dinner aswell as making me upset because she was doing a much better customer service job than he did. He made me want to leave the restaurant and go elsewhere.
